- Here I go through the process of refitting a punch bag bracket to the wall after the original bolts got worked loose and sheered off. I don't show the drilling as you don't need to hear that racket.

Love this guy's voice. Proper strong.
I have just had a punch bag hung on an outside brick wall. Can you please suggest something to put on the wall to stop the bag getting damaged
Tape on the drill bit - good tip! 👌🏼
Thank you for watching
Nice vid. Just what I needed. But you need to show some of the work (drilling etc) in future. Could have a wide angle from a tripod or something 👍
Thanks for the advice. I will certainly try to improve things
Where did you buybthe bracket
Please recommend anchor that can hold on brick wall and can be removed, as I live on rented room so would need to remove those anchors before handing over room
Not sure they exist. Possible solution would be to leave the anchors in and fill the holes and paint
Hiya mate, how do you protect the bag from scraping the brick wall and over time the bag getring damaged
You really have to be hitting/kicking the bag really hard towards the base to make it swing and scrape on the wall. As for protecting the bag over time, it gets taken off the bracket and stored in the garage so weathering does not effect it. Has lasted years
Hi people say not to use those kind of anchors because the bricks can crack do you no if that's true? And also have you ever used chemical anchors like resin to hold the bolts in place and would they be strong enough to hold a 60kg bag?
As yet, there is no brick cracking but I see that it could be possible depending on the brick type. I have not used resins to anchor. I suspect they would hold the weight but continued stress when that load is struck may result in the bond failing. Let me know if you try resin and how it holds up
@@myrandomhobbies1099 will do mate still trying to figure out the best option 👍
What depth did you drill the 14mm hole?
I place the rawl plug alongside the drill bit and place some masking tape on the drill bit as an indicator for depth. This was about 2 inches deep though
What size of raw bolt do we need is it 65mm
Think it was M10 x 75mm
How old is the mount
The first mount lasted about three years. I am still using it but strengthened the method of attachment to the wall
Can that be possible without drill machines?
I don't think it would be
What type of wall anchor is that and what type of bolts are those
I think these were Rawplug Rawlbolt anchor with loose bolt.
@@myrandomhobbies1099 thanks
Where can I find those anchor? I couldn't find them 😅
I got mine at Toolstation (UK)
