- I made the hardest skyblock challenge i could possibly make, and i gotta say, this was a ton of fun. this was my 7th attempt at this minecraft challenge, and took months to make. no backups, ultra hardcore. pain. hope you enjoy the video you goobers.

I’ve been on TH-cam since 2014, I’m now 23 and haven’t watched a Minecraft video in awhile. This got recommended to me and was so freaking entertaining. I haven’t been engaged in a Minecraft video in years and you did such a good job with the concept and execution!
Looking back on it I didn't f*ckin realize it was FORTY-FIVE minutes long. I watched the entire thing undistracted and without pausing, and I didn't even realize how long it was. It felt like a 10 minute video.

I think it has a significantly higher chance to throw a weakness potion when you're low on health AND poisoned. I believe I read it somewhere but I could be wrong, but you guys can google it if you're interested I guess
For those wondering why he made an infinite water source with one bucket. He used glass bottles and got three glass water bottles from ine water source. Put all three into the cauldron andthen got a second bucket. I havent seen anybody get mad at this but just in case

Enchanting with an anvil can get expensive. Up to 29 level cost
Quick tip for bridging over the void and not making your pinky go numb: Turn on toggle shifting you click it once and then can just move and hold down left click!

You could also bread pigs, get some drowneds to drop copper, put a lightning rod to the pigs kill the piglins, craft 2 gaps, get 2 zombie villagers, get a witch because they have a 25% chance to throw weakness and trade the emeralds with the villagers. I think that might be faster than the fox farm
Could be, but he would need water for that, which he could only obtain from cauldrons (Iron farm) or trading for a bucket, which requires emeralds.

The moment he said he needed wandering traders to give him dripstone, I _knew_ it was gonna take a while. LOL. Because I have a lot of personal experience trying to get dripstone in my minecraft world and the main way I got it was from traders, because I couldn't find any naturally spawned dripstone for the _life of me.._ It took forever to finish my semi-automatic lava farm. Lol.
A wanderer was selling the fish. You could have gotten the water bucket from there, instead of waiting for the cauldrin to fill up.

His world was harder bc no starting items no stone in start and he had the uhh not the tree that can drop apples
For witches to throw potions it depends on the distance between the player and the witch. Being close to the witch makes it throw poison spells. For weakness you need to be in a medium distance from it.

Really enjoyed this vid i love challenging minecraft worlds. I only really play play cave, ocean only, skyblock related & nether starts worlds now because i enjoy it so much.
The fox farm blew my mind.
I'm about 99% sure you could increase rates on the iron farm by having the lava source at the 3rd block high since iron golems are 2.5(i think) and their drops can sometimes burn if the source is in their mid section. :)
The 500 days trader montage gave me chuckles. XD

For emeralds you could've also made villagers with zombie villagers, a witch and two golden apples obtained by transforming zombies into drowneds to get copper then lightning rod, then hope for a thunderstorm and when lightning strucks pigs they trasnform into zombified piglins giving gold

@@Minifest_the content isn’t stolen. It’s a “challenge” that he did completely on his own. It doesn’t matter which creator did the challenge first or which creator made the challenge popular. Skyblock in general is a challenge tons of people have tried and tons of TH-camrs have recorded. At the end of this video he literally says “I dare you guys to try this challenge.” He didn’t take any recordings or anything and most of the farms and techniques he used are either common ones or his own design. Luke The Notable, the one who created Minecraft 100 days, even encourages people to try and take on the 100 days challenge. I don’t think the content was “stolen” at all.
Watch his vid then watch this one.. I agree w the others and it's less cringe and actually funny and entertaining. BTW 4 saplings does Infact make 4 trees!

hardcore minecraft without the natural regeneration is the stuff that i was used to watching back then. i loved this older version of hardcore in youtube back in the days, its a classic and gives it a better feeling of challenge and thrill. thx so much for bringing this back for me. i really enjoyed you play like that, your awesome

Nvm he had some cobblestone at the bottom of the island that was probably used. Still odd that he didn't show it though.
He also magically got tons of dirt. Way more than on the original Island. Very early on... He cheated.

Dude, you don't have to make the near exact thumbnail as Lord Jon25 did for the exact same challenge. Your content is entertaining enough. The composition with the island in the right corner with you standing on it and emptiness around with the text "it took 629 days" is literally just what he made but instead of 629 it was 600. It was even recommended after this video and came out 6 months prior to this one.

love the people in the comment section confused about the furnaces and the torches. my friends. the island started off with a limited amount of cobblestone and it appears to have all been used for furnaces. you can make torches without coal as long as you have furnaces and wood - smelting a log makes charcoal. cheers!
