The procedure requires entering the service password: 9512867, then go to Service ----> Confirm Service Reset Burr Health. This will remove the "Service Required" message that pops up on the main screen. You can go into the statics menu and reset the Kg count as well. This does not require entering the service password.
Can you tell me what the numbers in mm are at the top of the display? Is that something to do with the grind size or the burrs?
