Im like 80 percent sure that if Parfums de Marly did not give free bottles to influencers, they would not be nearly as popular as they are now
Influencers have very little influence on average consumers. PDM Layton is popular amongst the community, but Percival is substantially more popular amongst consumers. It sells way more than Layton. Also, every popular niche house gives bottles to reviewers. PDM, Xerjoff, Creed, etc. They all give bottles to influencers.
@vlxxrd4866 eh, I don't know about influencers having little influence on average consumers, I mean, the top 10 panty dropper lists have stellar views most of the time
Monika has such a soothing voice, swear she could do bedtime stories.
Also a top YT reviewer.
I stopped watching her content bc she can’t stop saying sexy. You could play a drinking game with how much she says sexy in her videos.
"Absolutely! Perhaps the fact that she's not a native speaker makes her voice even more special."
She's an influencer and you just fell for her
Day 99 of asking Omar to make a Xerjoff buying guide.
Undeniable
Almost there!!!
🥱
I'll be there for the day 100
Day 💯 xerjoff guy.... Day 💯 😅
Andrew tate rating fragrances shits crazy
ı think that it is mostly doesnt harm to take a second opinion from reviewers, ı agree but compliments should not be the key factor while making a fragrance purchase.
When she started talking about the seductive, james bond fragrance i was immediately thinking of oud wood. I think her list is weird but i respect it nontheless
My husband wears Dylan blue and it lasts 10ish hours on him
... ditto , äh I wear it ...
Hello Omar. I love your videos 😁 Thank you for your work
I think just being smart and clean with a nice big standard freshie automatically elevates you against the herd and places you in a desirable category. All part of the package. As mentioned many times - scent alone drops no knickers or boxers.
@@snubbii9276 couldn't agree more
Nothing gave me unsolicited compliments from total strangers more than Dylan Blue. I own over 150 different fragrances, designer and otherwise artistic niche types.
Yea I have Dylan Blue and it’s not as good as people say it is. I like the profile but damn it’s weak. Maybe it’ll get better the more it sits.
But just like Omar, the one I tested in my skin was a stunner that reminded me of BDC. But the bottle I have is just meh.
I bought Dylan Blue this summer after years of watching reviews and i got a compliment the first day from a female friend. First i could almost not smell it and i was like...what is the hype about but now i understand what the female nose find attractive on a man. Fresh and a bit spicy is masculine to a woman. After watching many street battles Dylan Blue seem to be a winning concept and even beat Bleu De Chanel. Synthetic, generic, cheap. People can call it that they like but i´ll stick to it haha
female friend 🤦
@@gloriousforever3451 Yes a female friend.
Getting tired of those self proclaimed women experts in what men should wear. Focus on women's scents maybe, will you? Choice purely coincidental. Starting list with Versace Dylan blue which is as bland and standard as boring blue fragrance can go and you can imagine just says it all.
I really don't watch influencers like Monika or curlyfragrance cause of that, they hype up these niche fragrances that the brands themselves send them free bottles of, and because of that whenever someone recommends pdm talking about how much women love this fragrance or that fragrance I just roll my eyes cause it's like I'm watching an ad and not a review
@@isaiahhd5760 well PDM fragrances, not all but a lot of them do attract lots of people's attention
Day 6 of pretending to be Xerjoff guy
Day 99 of asking for a xerjoff buying guide
It’s time to stop bro, your guru has given up !
@@mrxdu681 I wouldn't really say that.
Bleu d Chanel edp has weak LONGEVITY and SILLAGE. 2 hours max (skin or clothes).
Agreed, the newer batches perform terrible!
@@daztom4056 they gotta lay the groundwork for a new flanker by weakening their current offerings
My most complimented fragrance ever was the long discontinued Dior Homme Eau.
Besides that I’ve gotten the most compliments for Acqua di Gio Absolu and Tom Ford Noir Extreme Parfum.
I work in a place where it's about 85% women..... That's pretty much the only place I go other than home now days but I'll comment on the ones I've got.
1) Dylan Blue... to be fair I wore this yesterday and I got two compliments. One was to prove a point (she told me I didn't smell manly enough the day before for wearing Jazz Club... she loves DB a lot. She's Italian so she likes Italian anything!) and one of them was from someone I'm very close to who said "I love most of the ones you wear but that's one of my favourites"
2) Versace Eros.... another one I get sniffed for. Same two chicks from the first example love it on me.... but I get more sniffs from other chicks as well.
3) BDC - Owned a bottle of the EDT years ago. Wasn't overly impressed with the performance to price and never really got much in the way of compliments either. I've since replaced it with Missoni Pour Homme and I get more bang for my buck ( ;) ) with that one. I'll stick with that over BDC to be perfectly honest!
4) SWY Intensely... Wore this last week and "very close" chick was like "I love that one, which is it.... Spicebomb? Oh, Armani! I love this one on you! Smells so good!" not to mention the other sniffs from a couple other chicks.
5) D&G The One.... It's the EDT.... I don't get much off of this one by way of compliments honestly. Smells damn amazing and a couple chicks say something nice once in a while if they get close enough but it doesn't blow minds.
6) Milestone.... That's what I've got. Never blew any minds with that one. Warm weather, cold weather. Meh. "Yeah, it's nice." is the best I ever got!
Rehab smells like Spicebomb and Histoires de Parfums' 1899 Hemingway. For the price and still get the quality, I say pass on Rehab and go for 1899 instead.
Code Parfum is a winner. I'll be spamming it for the rest of the cooler months. Just recently got the new Code EDP. Smells amazing to me.
PDM Percival and Xerjoff Accento have gotten me the best reactions from the ladies.
Monika could read the phone book, and it would sound like a purring kitty!
Ahh, same old bottles. Im just here for thr Xejoff gut
Rehab from initio its an higher end Spicebomb the original
Man women just adore of the smell of Code Parfum just use it
I have the following: 1. Aqua Di Gio Parfum (2023); 2. D&G Light Blue Intense; 3. Bleu De Chanel Parfum; 4. PDM Percival; 5. Spice Bomb Extreme; 6. Afnan Supreme Not Only Intense; 7. Al Haramain L adventure intense; 8. Loewe Cobalt 7; 9. Mancera Cedrat Boise Intense; 10. Chanel Platinum Egoiste; 11. Gisada Ambassador Intense; 12. Hawas (OG freshie). How would you round off my collection?
A different style like Le Beau Le Parfum
I have to say these reaction videos are lazy works.
Les Sables Rose by LV made my GF go crazy
0:53 yeah, that's all hyperbole in my book.
He is going to release the guide on day 100 trust
EROS is kindergarten
Amouage buying guide
I know I need The One EDP in my collection. Would SWY Absolutely or Intensely also be justified, or are they duplicative of The One?
They are different from the one, but imo very boring.
I'd say don't commit to a bottle.
They are different, i have the new batch of intensely and it is amazing. I haven’t tried out Absolutely though
"It's boring for the wearer" Eros hater be hating. Don't be putting your words in my mouth 😂. It's not cookie cutter at all wtf? Eros is actually a very unique scent profile.
Literally been asked in public spaces about what I was wearing. It's actually garnered me the most stranger compliments vs my other scents that i usually get complimented by friends or family.
Boring, average list
