I had the whole wheel well over sprayed with Line-X, that over hang was coated well with line-X.

Wouldn't you want to leave a weep hole to let moisture drain from between the two panels? The piece you cut off looked like it had one.

Has anyone tried the JB weld stick that you cut a piece off and roll together then its like a putty. Hardens like a rock.
