Yeah I think the act of Harry becoming Venom, would work a lot better than with Eddie. Corse the first time it happened was in Ultimate Spider-Man. Followed by Insomniac’s Spider-Man 2.
The ending of 3 imo would be a final fight between black suit Spider-Man vs new goblin harry. The fight ends at the church. Peter comes close to killing Harry cuz of the symbiote boosts all of his emotions. But Peter remembers Harry is his best friend and what uncle Ben told him before the day he died. Peter starts struggling with the symbiote like in 3 with the bell, he takes it off but it goes to Eddie. And Eddie becomes venom and the movie ends with to be continued for Spider-Man 4. I would keep everything the same as the original 3. But I would have Harry be a manipulater of sandman. I would have Harry make a offer to sandman to save his daughter. Cuz Harry is rich and a smart scientist type of person in 3. The deal would be Harry saves sandman daughter and sandman kills Spider-Man. Also I would get rid of Gwen stacey in 3. Just have 3 be about Peter and Eddie fighting over who's better photographer no girls involved. I would also get rid of that sandman killing uncle Ben plot. Spider-Man 3 would be a 2 part film Spider-Man 4 would be the 2nd part with venom symbiote as the main villain throughout the film. Spider-Man 3 villains's would only be new goblin and sandman, new goblin would be the main bad guy in 3.

This Mary Jane seems worse, way too obsessed with her acting/needing help practicing. Otherwise, this Harry is fine, and OK set up for a later sequel, but I do prefer him forgiving Peter and redeeming himself.
How Hard Could It Be? I know I agree but it introduces us fans into a universe that introduces Kong and Godzilla and other Kaijus old and new as huge creatures of this earth but if you could by any chance do one at a time with your own spin that would sound great if so I will subscribe and you’ll subscribe to my channel and maybe check out my videos please

Sounds like you've got a strong basis for some good ideas! Maybe you can flesh it out even more for a different version of the stories.

Honestly, I don't know what I could do for those movies. I genuinely enjoyed all 3 of them, even if Godzilla 2014 was a bit boring.
