Mad props to Mrs. Dirt Lifestyle trial by fire can sometimes be the most nerve racking but exciting time and ways to learn. Love the views and keep up the great content.
13:45 😄Remarkable clarity of thought by young Chris. He said that if the trailer was slowing them down they probably shouldn't have brought it along. Oh, and as you can see, my name is also Chris ... high-five to young Chris.
I love that you picked up on that! I was happy to see him identifying a problem (the group seems to be leaving us) then trying to solve the problem (we shouldn't have brought a trailer so we can go faster). Of course he didn't entertain ALL the variables like how we need a trailer so we have a place to sleep but he showing signs of awareness that are advanced for a 4 year old lol.
Mrs. Dirt Lifestyle did AWESOME! It's so great, seeing you and your family enjoying the great outdoors together, Nate. I'm sure you are making terrific memories for your little ones, sharing your love of camping and wheeling with them. I love the laid back vibe of your videos, and the music and videography goes together so well! Keep the content coming!
Love seeing the kiddos enjoying the trip, special memories you will all cherish forever. We are are doing it again, this time with grandkids. Great times!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The best balance of music, sound & voice over. Your videography gets crisper each video. Makes me pumped to go wheeling each weekend. Hands down my favourite TH-cam channel 🙏🏻 keep crushing mate. 🇦🇺
Nate, this is by far your best video yet! Felt like I was there - great scene cuts, drones, music, kiddos, ppl, doggos, wifey driving (she did awesome!), and of course at least one meal from Marco! You have truly outdone yourself, thank you for sharing!!
Thank you for the Video Nate, It's great that you get to do stuff like that with your Family. I myself enjoy the extras, off-roading is not just about the vehicles used but also the things we get to see along the way. Keep up the great work.
Just wanted to say I love your content, and the family side of things are awesome. As a middle aged guy who is a fellow off-roader I always dreamed of sharing my hobby with my kids, life had other plans and thats ok. However its nice to see you enjoying the little things with your family and building those same memories that all of here had with their fathers. Keep up the good work man, and keep enjoying the little things, there are those of us that will never have the opportunity.
Traveling with kids is so worth the extra work. Our youngest has 11 Jr Ranger badges and counting. Teaching them how amazing the outdoors are and why it’s important to take care of it is priceless. And keep the history lessons coming.
So glad you are able to include the family on some of these adventures! You can tell the kids will have lots of good memories of Mom pulling the trailer on sketchy roads and all the fun time around camp!
Love seeing the diversity in the content threw this channel. Always good cinematography and changing it up from fabrication to just taking a trip with the wife and kids. Side note she was calm cool and collected during those passes. I know I wouldn't be 😄
Dude. I've got to tell you, Nate, I dig the fabrication, and the offroading you do, but what I admire the most, is your Dad skills. When I was little, my family lived out west, and we would go on trips and adventures regularly. Got a little older, and we moved closer to family back east, and Pop had to work 3 jobs, so no more adventures. My absolute best childhood memories are those trips! You will be amazed how much the kiddos will remember from even these early years. Glad you enjoyed AZ, third time I've lived here, and yes, it has so much to offer. Glad Mrs. DL is such an adventurous spirit, and hope she takes away a big boost in confidence from her experience this trip, as it's very clear that she is such a big part of these productions, and we enjoy seeing you guys out and about together. Thank you so much for another wonderful episode.
That's so awesome! You were in my backyard and I didn't even know it! Small world!!! Love your videos I'm so happy you brought your family too. Glad you like AZ and hope to see more videos here in the future!!!
Nate, each video you post just gets better and better. I've been following for quite a while, but seldom comment on anything. This one just hit me right in the feelers. I can 100% relate to everything you filmed, from traveling and wheeling with the family, to challenging the wife to step out of her comfort zone. You all are amazing. Keep up the good work!
My hat is off to your wife for no colorful word. It does get frustrating when my little one has to ask why this why that. She drove her rig like pro and maintained her discipline. Congratulations Mrs dirt life style.
I still remember my first spelunking adventure and my first visit to Moab where we stopped at the hole in the rock house. Very true on the importance for anyone to make pit stops like that. Those moments are the memories that last forever.
Boy you can feel the stress from the wife coming through the screen. The “ are we there yet” from the back seat adds to it. Hope the wife feels accomplished as she did a great job.
@@DirtLifestyle It's great to take them along on some trips. Good on ya. And your wife (sorry, don't recall her name) did great. She kept breathing. Fair play to her 🍻
Nate, you are quickly becoming the Peter McKinnon of the off road world with your videos and story telling! Keep it up man! Loved the video and certainly inspired me to get out there, film better, edit better, but most of all enjoy it better.
Absolutely love the corn binder Trent is driving. It's cool seeing rigs I watched get built through the pages of a magazine still out on the trails. It's also the rig that inspired me to one day use the same technique they used to open up the fender wells on my 79 dodge w150, and keep it the factory body lines to make it look factory, and safety clear modest 35s without any form of lift. Although that won't be until after our wedding this October as we're using the dodge, along with my fiancées grandfather's old 65 mercury m100 4x4 as our alter.
Nate. Jeep-n-Dirt here formerly JT Adventure. I started my channel because of you and Sean,Marco, Casey, and Brad. You're such an inspiration. You've tought me so many lessons about life, family, and enjoying the world around us. While I don't live close to those amazing places, I have a saying about our world and exploring it. And that's what I'm starting to do. Explore what's around me and not let things hold us back. My kids are older, but still enjoy the outdoors with me and my wife. I just wish I could get her to Drive the JL on those kinds of roads so I can film. Lol 😆. God bless you brother. I hope to meet and wheel with you sometime in the future. We're planning west coast adventure trips for next year.
Love the reality pieces to the story! Great words on encouragement to the Mrs. she kept it together but you could tell was not very happy. Mrs. D you did fabulous
As an Arizona native and wheeler I'm thrilled you guys had fun in my state! there is some awesome wheeling that can be mild or wild, amazing history and beautiful scenery. I also though it was funny to see your reaction the caliche mud. P.S. I worked with counterforce when I was swapped an ax15 in to my 4 cylinder YJ and at the same time I did a high mass fly wheel they were super helpful and found the very specific pilot bushing I needed, I couldn't have been happier with the customer service and care they put into my project they are an amazing group of guys!
Awesome to see you guys wheeling near Prescott, where I'm from, and up North where I'm currently living! The mud in Prescott is more like puddles, whereas up around the Flagstaff area the mud can be a whole different story as you experienced. Great video! 👍
Nate.... Thanks for the video, for taking us along; love the photography (I'm a news cameraman in NYC) i envy you..., i think you should submit this videos to some film festivals as short documentaries, the videos have everything, beautiful narration, photography, sound.... and more, they make you feel like I'm there... Muchas Gracias! your wife did a great job driving the rig Kudos to her!!!
Nate, Now that is a video that is perfect. All the fabrication videos are great and all, But when you get down to it trips like these make it all worth it. It's nice to see the whole family having fun and enjoying the trip. Enjoy Keith
Another great video and one the wife and I have on our list. And I really enjoyed how you brought the fam along for this adventure. Trips like this is where my boys learned how to drive. Keep up the great videos and bring the family!
Great composition! Your shot mixture and editing makes for an interesting story that rewards and is intriguing. I also am glad to see you traveling and chronologically sharing your adventures, bonus when there are other creators along so we can enjoy each of your content/point of view. Marco’s video was awesome as well!!!!
Awesome video!!! Im a native Arizonan and have wheeled here my whole life along with countless other places! I live just outside of Prescott and had worked in the mining industry for years, super cool seing you guys enjoy AZ!
We moved to Paulden, just a few miles north of Prescott a few months ago. Love the area, but haven't had time to do much wheeling yet. Great vid, keep it up.
Man! It looks like a ton of production and editing work went into this video. Well done! Looks like it was an awesome trip. And shout out to your wife. 👏 👏 👏
Excellent video. I’m always impressed with your shots and video edits. Constantly moving. Constantly engaging. Your night time lapse campfire shots are the best. Keep up the truly artistic and thoughtful videography.
Honestly the trailer was only a hindrance for me in terms of speed. I'm very comfortable towing a trailer on and offroad and have alot of experience with trailers. BUT this could definitely be frustrating for someone who isn't comfortable having a trailer inches away from obstacles offroad.

I really envy your trails and the endless possibilities you guys have over there in the states and in Canada. Here in Sweden and the rest of Scandinavia we have very limited options to go wheeling. The side history lessons are a bonus, actually love that you include stuff like that.
I'm very happy to hear that! I love history and will start including more of that stuff
The hand drawn picture at the end was rad. I love little personal gifts like that.
It's great seeing your wife get more comfortable in front of the camera. It's awesome how supportive you are to each other.
