I'm from Tamilnadu(India), I've been watching dhruv's vlog for a long time even though I don't understand hindi except couple of words, but the dhruv's combination of hindi+english(hinglish) made me understand what he's saying on the vlog. Been to Rwanda numerous times. One thing Rwanda stands out is the cctv. You feel sooo much safer there compared to Kenya or Tanzania. The cctv are everywhere on the streets. Also, the ppl are a lot more disciplined compare to their neighbouring countries.
