15:02, really important for people going through shoulder rehab. I have the same issue as the gentleman in the video, partially torn labrum and supraspinatus, and Zach was right. I got to about 75% in 3 months with the program and private sessions, and was able to overhead press and flat press again, but to get to 90%+ it takes over a year. Shoulder is an intricate joint and moves in a ton of positions, and once injured, the atrophy sets in and you lose a ton of ROM which takes a long time to recover from. Reality is, you'll need to continue these exercises weekly or the pain will return, but it does allow you to return to more of the traditional PT exercises and bodybuilding exercises to build more strength. Stay the course!
I fixed my shoulder with 1 corexcell video, 3 exercises. Spared me the surgery and 6 months of recovery. Edit: it took 6 months but felt better every day. The downside is that the pain will come back if I stop the exercises.
this channel is underrated. what u are teaching here does nobody else! big!

Corexcell is the real deal. A lot of “PTs” focus on just doing external rotations while their patient is all rounded and stuff.
Best channel on TH-cam
