Looks like a new kitchen😁Please add dry peas ( after soaking and then boil together). A little bit of gravy goes well too. Garnishing with fish mint, spring onion and corriender is next level. 😘😘😘 I always enjoy your shows.
I want to try this recipe bt i m from Rajasthan 😁 and banana stem is not easily available here... One day i will come nd taste it😋..lots of love from Rajasthan 👌👌😍😍
I love to watch you coocking..because you come across as a really genuine person..pls dont change ever..take care..god bless you and wish you many successful videos.
Most respected Backy you are most talented great performer artist you always make and cook delicious dihes and foods well done you are Also looking most beautiful and very nice and attractive ok
I got one more recipe for you...my manipuri naga friends use to cook chicken this way.... Heat up some oil(1/4th cup around), 2 onions finely chopped, then good amount of crushed garlic(1to 1.5 whole bulb) and some ginger(1/1.5 inch), sauté it. Then fry it for while untill color changes, then put 1/1.5 teaspoon of haldi powder. Then put 2 chopped tomatoes, and then, 1 kg chicken. After some time put green chillies....(potatoes are optional) Then put chilli powder and salt according to need, and turmeric, if needed and also if you could find some "machal powder" then it would be more tastier or else add half-half teaspoon of coriander and cumin powder.(Do not add water) cover and cook at low flame and it's done. We had it with rice and boiled green leaves. There is another recipe of boiled chicken with some ginger from my kuki friend. You'll get some soup as well as the chicken could be used for frying or just as salad or it is best with some salt and chilli powder.
The level of innovation where you cooked the ngari and the rice at the same time is very commendable. I also use to make rice and daal in the same fashion when there's a time constraint.
Wow so nice and healthy recipe this recipe is familiar in our north east . In Assamese we say Posola vim kol a special banana tree stem but u makes a different method definitely it will taste more
New subscriber here 🙋 came across your channel just today while I was going through for Eromba's cuisine from different channel. Hoping to learn more from you ❤️
Nice becky, you can put the semi outer covering also( removing the outermost hard part) if it is soft. Normally banana we got back at home is soft. Also put dry king chilly or red chillies inside the small tiffin of ngari if you want the color of eromba to be red. Happy cooking😊
I feel so happy and proud when I see TH-cam channels from the people of North East side ❤❤☸ everyone must know the food culture of it like they know about the other regions of India. ❤❤ keep going
I was expecting that she'll put water and make that eromba Like a gravy type because I remember having eromba that way not dry like this.... But I don't like too much of potatoes... I like it when there is less potatoes and more of bamboo shoots (fermented).
Wow purely local chef.....
Thousand like
I'm so happy that someone is there to promote our food habit's of our northeast.BTW I will surely try to cook like u made in the videos.😉😉
