Aaron, I do the same thing when cooking frozen meat. 55 and have always done that. I will even cover it for a while to start with to thaw a good amount of the outer layer faster. I hate thawing anything in the microwave. And yes, I am never prepared either. Life and half the time no one knows what they want the night before. Things like steak we just buy fresh when we decide to have them. Everything looked GREAT and good job kids! Now I want nachos!!!

I know a lot of people who love lemons (I do) but I cringed a bit when Logan was eating the limes.😮 It was good to see Hannah wanting to sit with the family to put on her make-up because everyone was having such a good time. The food looked really good as I looked at all the plates. Even Aurora had her plate piled high. 😊

I always add a bit of water when i cook my ground beef - it helps pull the fat out much faster. I had my gallbladder removed and adding water has helped alot

Another gluten free go to, that's easy at home is loaded fries. You don't have to have loads of fries to keep it healthy, but it's a good base for anything you have in the fridge. -chucking leftover meats, veggies and onions in a pan with some fajita seasoning and loading it on the fries with any pickles, chopped raw veggies etc on top to make a nice bowl are a go to at our house. - can always find something to load fries with in the fridge.-arron, watch the Doritos, as they aren't gluten free in the UK x
Stop dumping the water and all the flavors! Just keep frying it until it’s all reduced and incorporated into the meat. Then fry it until browned and if it’s still a lot of fat (depending on the fat content in the meat) you can then take away some of the fat if you want to.

I am Indian and in our cuisine we have lots of options for that , you might wanna try IDLI SAMBHAR (South indian food ) and various other options you can try for yourself in an indian food place first . and a big plus it's such a healthy yet so comforting food to have . Nachos look good! and you might wanna try Paapdi Chaat it has similar texture as nachos in India it is very popular the base is of the chip essentially pappdi . Hey Aaron that looks good and I cannot eat anything to Spicy becuse it hurts my stomach and also I have been trying to eat healthy but it's really hard for me becuse I am usually not able to eat becuse of my Severe migraines and I just can't eat until it's gone away but there's days I can stand the smell of food cooking and I try to eat when I don't feel sick to my stomach but u guys look happy and u are welcome to write back when u can. ❤😃👍
We usually defrost in microwave on low power...not all chips are gluten free especially the doritos are also filled with milk, sulphates, soy and nuts.
