I love my warehouse so im probably in the 1 percent. The management cares about us and will help us out if we are short staffed and are struggling to finish our orders. We don't have forced overtime and get 3 days off. Yes, it's still hard work selecting, but as someone with ADHD being on my feet, not interacting with customers, and the repetiveness is my ultimate comfort zone
Warehouse i started it’s like heaven!!! Even the bosses help on the floor !! They’re so chill! The pick path is friendly selector at its best!!! Over here you’re not a number, youre part of the fam💪🏽💯
One year at OF, and I'm staying because the company pays for my school. My goal is to graduate debt-free and save up. You've been a mentor to me, and you have no idea how much I appreciate it. You're helping shape my future.
I just talked with one of my unions stewards the other night. He’s been there for 37 years graduated from the same high-school as me and has been there since he graduated. Im turning 23 this week and it hit me like a mack truck how badly I need to change my life up.
Don’t sweat it to much but keep in mind time doesn’t stop I remember I was talking to this one guy that’s been at my wearhouse for a while n I told him in only 20 I still got time and he said don’t have that mind set cause next thing you know it will be 10 years from now and you will still be here so stack up the money n leave I’ve been there three years now hopefully I can get out of there by next year
Great video! I got a job outside of the warehouse thats salary + commission and the "Fake Income" point is really good advice. I've decided to base my housing budget off of my salary now.
My old boss from US Foods called me and asked if I wanted to come back... Hell no!! I did it part time for extra money but theyre so desperate for people. I only worked 5 hours to help out and then worked in sanitation. Glad to be out!!
Well some guys do it for 15 years and move on to fork I know a guy 15 years selecting and 15 fork he’s going on 31 years idk if I want to retire there but if I do my seniority must be respected like his hopefully I luck out
you hit the nail on the head with number 1
