Got the 570 back together. It runs great and no longer burns oil! FINALLY! This was a challenge!!

Today we're going to put the Polaris Sportsman ACE 570 back together. This machine has been a headache for a really long time, but we finally got it. Hard to start, burning oil... it all came down to substandard parts being used on the last rebuild. How frustrating. Lesson learned - just get the good stuff!
This is a 2018 ACE, but all the 570's are the same. Parts were purchased through RockyMountainATV, or you could use Partzilla.com. Their prices are usually pretty close, but RockyMountainATV was slightly cheaper this time around. They also have a bonus cash system which can save you a few bucks over time.
