I just found not the one with the big scalloped Bundt look but the one with the zigzags and the dimples the one on the left of the one that she lifted up, that is my brand new Jell-O mold and I am so excited. I cannot wait to use it, I’m gonna combine peach and orange and then after I mold it, I’m gonna dust it with gold dust it will look so cool.

My grandmother would make something similar with peaches, Angle food cake and Cool Whip 🤤 😋. Thank you again for sharing and can’t wait to make this.

I bought the copper molds at an estate sale thinking they were baking molds until I went to a thrift shop and said they were jello molds 😅 trying to catch up on these recipes now haha

This doesn’t seem too bad but sour cream seems like it would add too much of a tart flavor. Could you substitute it with heavy whipping cream or would that make the bottom layer too runny?

I did whipped cream and it came out great.

I follow another TH-camr with an emphasis on ketogenic recipes and she used gelatin, hot water, a little heavy cream and marshmallows! The marshmallows were keto from Choczero. She melted the marshmallow mixture in a microwave for less than a minute to melt it and continued to stir it until smooth. Wait 15 minutes to get this at room temp to cool down then pour into the mold. You can also use condensed milk too (make your own or buy the sugary stuff in the can from the store). Another option is softened cream cheese with heavy whipping cream whipped together adding in bloomed gelatin water mixture, then add sugar with any flavors/extracts if needed. Enjoy!

I would rather use greek yogurt vs sour cream

@@MCM214. I am wondering if yogurt would work. I don’t care for sour cream but keep yogurt on hand.

Done like this, with fruit, it’s awesome! I just don’t like all the savory, seafood and vegetable ones. 🙂😉

Do you mix the extra liquid and sour cream before waiting an hour, or after?

This isn't a salad it's jello and fruit

    • @myutube5882

They still call it Jello salad. You've heard of fruit salad, right? Salad doesn't always have to mean lettuce.
