- Hi Friends, Welcome back to the craft castle! Today I’m showing you how easy it is to make easy peel die cut stickers with your Siser craft cutting machine! Fun fact both Siser craft cutting machines are exactly the same outside of the size! I'm going to be using my Siser Romeo for this project, but if you have a Juliet, you can still follow along and do the same steps as me!
Today I'm using a file I found off CrativeFabrica and importing it into the Siser Leonardo program. Then I'm going to take the file I found and create a really cool sticker! These easy peel stickers are VERY easy to make and I'm going to show you how to the Siser machine can read holographic sticker paper! I know the Cricut's cannot read that!!!

Thank you for this video! I Have had a Cricut maker 3 and initially was very happy with it and customer service. Recently I have been having lots of problems so I called customer service and my experience was horrible. They now send calls outside the US to a call center. I was put through to the technical service department and they could not help me. They didn’t even know what calibration was. So, 2 weeks ago I bought the Romeo. I found your videos about a month ago and really enjoy them and looking forward to this tutorial.
I do have to say Cricut CS & their software has been nothing but headaches and I’ve heard often tech support telling people, they can’t diagnose the problem. Ugh.
Can you use Siser HTV In your Glow Forge Aura?
As long as it’s HTV, yes! HTV is laser safe.
Question, how is the pressure set for the easy peel section of the sticker? obviously die cutting would use more pressure to cut through the whole thing?
I set it for just 1 pressure setting.
All you had to say do to convince me was say "this can read laminated paper"
Boom, I'm sold, take my money. No more trimming down my laminate and applying in strips to avoid the register marks.
lol seriously if someone told me I didn’t need to trim laminate or sticker paper either years ago, I would’ve been sold too.
Thanks for this video, I'm a person that has found the software very challenging and I use silhouette. Can you tell us how to make the offset a different color when you upload the image and click exclude holes then cutting contour, it makes it white but I want to have a coordinating color as the background to my sticker. Thanks in advance.
Great question!
So what I would do is upload your sticker without any changes. Then go to offset and create the original offset (make sure to exclude holes). Then you can change that background to whatever color you want. Then to make the easy peel sticker, press offset again on the outside layer just like I showed in the video.
Hope this helps! If not let me know ❤️
I just got the Juliet today(Christmas) and so ready to learn everything Leonardo Design . I have been a Cricut user for 3 years now, but ready to learn . Thank you so much for this video and any more you decide to do on Leonardo!
Merry Christmas to you! What a great gift!!!
You don't have to make four copies of the outside cut to do die cuts. First make a contour for kiss cut, then make another one with an offset for "Full Cut". The pressure is set independently in the cutting menu.
Thank you!
Wish you can give us a class of this machine. It will make me feel more confident with that so please do so. I am trying to use the Romeo and I made a car stock. I was happy with it, but because of registration marks so I don’t understand it . I am quiting this machine and go back to cricket I am OK with that test cut test cut that’s not a problem for me
Hi Sindy!
I’d love to offer classes, maybe eventually
Same I am giving up I want to cut a vinyl back ground of just an outline of my picture so I can use the dtf hack for sublimation but I am having such a hard time I am just going back to my cricut
Any and all Siser videos please
Anything in particular you’re wanting to learn or see? It helps me so I’m not spinning my wheels on my end ❤️
I used silhouette and cricut for majority of the last 8 years but this is a whole new world for me it feels more sophisticated of software. Mainly settings bc I know I have total control vs with the other machines
Can it make sticker sheets? I’ve tried to look up tutorials but I cannot find anything anywhere of someone making sticker sheets on the Siser
I actually just created a really cool halloween sticker sheet today and recorded the content for it. It will be uploaded int he next couple weeks onto my channel!
@@ashleefalco Oooo how convenient lol! I will be looking forward to that! Thank you!
I just bought a juliet and am using the leonardo design. Im following your steps and when I hover over scale there is no tile array option. are you using the free software or the pro? What I see is rotate mirror horizontal mirror veritical and duplicate.
Sadly what I've realized is that the most basic functions in the Siser software are int he "pro" version - just like this array feature.
@@ashleefalco oh good! I thought I was going crazy.
Awesome video! You definitely made it look super easy. I'm very new to sticker making but I have started my own business. I currently design my own stickers and then have someone else make the actual sticker for me but I'm very excited to actually make my very own soon. This video was extremely helpful thank you!
You can do it! And now you'll be keeping money in your pocket doing it yourself
Hi Ashlee thanks for this video ... I thought when doing print and cut we are supposed to position the blade INSIDE of the registration marks not on the carrot .. thanks
I always put mine over the carrot and always have success in p&c. But if you have success doing it INSIDE the registration marks, do that.
so excited! i skipped the cricut after so many reviews and got a siser and im so happy i did
your video was so simple, informative and really really helpful
the easy peel is such a game changer! im so excited to try omg
9:13 im unable to do that
oh its only for leonardo pro
Such a smart crafter you are! ❤️ I try not to touch my Cricut’s nowadays
I dont have a tile arrangement
sadly I think this is a premium feature and you have to pay for the pro edition :(
hi ashlee! do your stickers come out with rippled cut lines?
Nope, they’re always clean.
@@ashleefalco do you use the blades that came with siser or did you get new blades?
I used mine for the 1st time today. Edges are a tiny bit jagged
I got the pro so I found all the design tips you shared. I’m using the products you recommended. My stickers have a rough edge. I’ve adjusted the blade, I’ve test cut at many speed levels and force. I’ve looked at the blade to see if adhesive is stuck to it. I even heated the sticker and laminate sheet up with a hairdryer. I’ve made a list on my adjustments next to the test cut tee shirt. When I don’t use the holographic laminate it cuts smooth. Any other ideas or should I contact siser for help.
what I would suggest is doing a faster speed & force and maybe adjusting the blade out a bit. It sounds to me like the blade is dragging on the laminate sheet and not slicing through all the way like it should be.
Thank you for such a great and detailed video. I have the Juliet and was to intimidated to use it. I'm all about stickers and really wanted to learn on it. Though it did take me 2 try to get it right. But I did it, and very pleased. Thanks again, Yvonne of VonFrank Creations (New Mexico)
Glad it was helpful!
I started out with Romeo. So no conversion is necessary. I followed your tutorial and it worked. Thank you. But do i need to be concerned about the thin pieces of vinyl that stick to the rollers? Of course i clean them off.
I would definitely clean off the rollers if you have stuff on them.
Thanks for the video! It was extremely helpful and easy to follow! More please! God Bless!🙌🏻🙌🏻
thank you!!!
Yay! I’m excited for this video!!!
Enjoy! ❤️❤️❤️
I’m ready to become a Siser expert
You got this! ❤️
Awesome, thank you!
You're welcome!
