Cody for the love of god never stop the consistency with this channel. I train almost daily and this is so motivating for me to see someone else struggling but still pushing through even when they feel like shit which seems to be a common theme for me recently lol.

The cutscene review of the food in the car, “I’ve been really into screaming these days”, biggest fan joke preview.. so many things had me giggling. Genuinely funny and motivational- love this channel so much (and good editing makes it funnier, good job Tyler!)
Exactly 2 years ago I took my first steps after having to completely relearn how to walk, I had been bedridden for 160 days undergoing a bone marrow transplant as a part of my treatment for leukemia. Up until a months ago I could hardly run. It's been a long journey, but now I'm 2 years in remission and running 3 miles every morning! Your videos inspired me to start and I've never felt so good. Thanks dude!
These are my favorite videos. I hate working out and I’m trying to be consistent and this is the first time I heard anyone talk about having less than you expected to do a couple times but there is always another achievement and it’s inspiring to remember I’m just a human from watching these videos. At the gym now and this gave me a literal extra boost thanks Cody!! Can you make like a list of meals you eat to help supplement all the work? Trying to incorporate more delicious meals
As weird as it sounds I’ve been on this weight loss journey (lost 41 lbs so far) and I used to eat shitty food before bed & I watch these now & theyre pretty helpful. Thanks man
With peace and love I could genuinely not care less about model trains but these videos are like the old Cody vlogs and I just love hanging out with you. Pls keep them coming mr conductor 🚂
Loved seeing you listen to your body & give your legs the break they needed with running, but still training hard in other ways & sticking to it all week!! Even when you were a bit discouraged after missing your ocean swim, you didn’t give up & put in work with those laps. Super inspiring content Cody, keep it up🫡
Personally during open water swims or ocean swims, it helps to relax as much as possible and enter a sort of zen state where it’s just you and the water and the only thing your focused on is staying connected with your stroke. Keep up the great work
i was about to go workout but i wanted a little motivation, and i was like man i wish cody had a new upload, so i went to check and BAM, just what i needed. thanks for the content bro, keep it up, it's getting me through a lot
Hey Cody! Former competitive runner here- You might wanna consider doing stride outs at the end of each run as they help with lactic acid buildup. Also- incorporate dynamic stretches at the beginning of them! You will definitely see some improvements after awhile!
This channel sort of inspired me to pick up another discipline along with daily running, and now I'm also bouldering climbing! It's all about the journey, thanks Cody
I continue to be totally psyched for this content Cody! You motivated me to pick up training again, and I’m hoping to to complete a Marathon next year. ENERGY IS EVERYTHING
These videos actually help me so much. I got way off track from my fitness and fitness goals and watching these gives me so much motivation as I start back up. Thank you Cody, I really appreciate you!
Cody, left medial knee pain is very common in runners/train enthusiasts. A lot of different split squat and bridge variations can clear that right up👍🏻
Im actually going to run on the treadmill for the first time in weeks because of this video. I started to look into 5ks recently and this got me so excited and pumped. Thanks Cody… I’ve been an avid fan since I was 16 and now as a 22 year old to see the changes you’ve made in your life and they have made me want to do the same. You’re awesome dude keep fighting!
because i've been watching these videos since you started the channel, i recently went on a 15 mile coastal bike ride with a group from my university organized by our rec center. i used to be a dancer and just a more active person in general, but i haven't been consistently active in years at this point. it was one of the hardest things i've done in a really long time (there were so many hills 😭) but i'm so glad that i did it. thanks for subconsciously motivating even the most anxious and self-conscious person to do something active and challenging for the first time in a long time.
I think these are my favorite videos of yours. I love the laid back vibes of these videos while also providing inspiration to get up and do something myself. Keep it up!
I recently started training for a 5k and have been running 5 days a week as well as some other training and I found out you had this channel last week and I binged your vids and can’t wait for new uploads.
