I am middle management and do at least twice the amount of work as the CEO whose salary is significantly higher than mine and who spends the day sending me articles from browsing the web related to his very specific interest in our industry. He literally has no idea what everyone else is doing and the company would collapse in 24 hours if he had to rely on his own work (or even ideas) to keep it afloat. Everything that needs doing he is adds to a neverending todo list in his journal. This is a cool tactic because it makes it look like someone's concern is being added to your priorities, but when you're CEO, you just write the list and sit back and telling wait for someone else to take the initiative 😊

They made two decisions, I made two decisions 🤷♂️
did Cody just say that celiac people can’t eat rice??? i’m crying. 😂
Some of these reasons are so funny. "I pay all my bills" "i'm gluten free" like damn me too tf
Love how Cody changed the thumbnail and now changed it back to the OG one. What a rollercoaster!
18:32 Contestants number four should win just because of the tension
Omg it felt like every third word was "hustle" or "grind." Is this how people in Arizona talk???
FRRR
Appreciation to Cody for preparing content to take time out for when the baby came. 🙏
There’s on campus jobs for international students that don’t require additional work visas usually as it’s work study so it basically acts like a scholarship
respectfully i’ve never heard someone use hustle and grind so much in one story
i coughed instead of sneezed but it was bc everytime u say "cause who let me have fun again" i laugh so hard i choke
I just learned that Cody does not know how to pronounce confrontational 😂
It’s so expensive being gluten free actually- as a college student 8$ on just bread hurts. If you don’t know then you just don’t know.
then don't buy bread.... plenty of meal options exist that don't involve gluten.. yeah obvi when ur substituting for gluten-free options of foods that traditionally contain gluten it's going to really add up...
I don't buy bread as a non coeliac student.... just eat rice
@@mikylaj5564if you’re not gluten free then don’t talk.. I use bread for a lot of meals and it’s something I like to eat, so no, I’m not just going to stop buying it
the middle girl saying how she could've just done two jobs to get paid more is so tone deaf like girl.
The host just standing so far behind the couch talking at the back of his head after he chose to give content 5 the $ and meet me him… had me geeking
The host is so awkward why did they make him stand like that like let the kid sit 😂
YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT ISSS 🍴🍴
As someone with celiac I can verify that it’s not *just* bread. This dude-bro is dumb tho, gf bread is not $15 (not even the gf Amish homemade lol). Sure, it’s more money but it’s not that much money. I survived at my college by getting 2 jobs and was able to buy fruits, veggies, and other things. I couldn’t eat in the cafeteria like everyone else because most of, if not all, the food was contaminated. That’s not how I wanna go out, I don’t want freaking flour to take me out. Imagine that tombstone “taken out by flour.”
I literally sneezed right before. It lined up perfectly, him saying "bless you." And I did freak out a little 😄
Cody calling me out by name at the end made me stop doing my makeup and go WTF 😭
The fact that cody thinks rice isn’t celiac friendly
11:44 Sooo celiac is an immune response to gluten/wheat. We can have rice. I think because of how Los Angeles twists medical diets to lose weight, people think celiac means we can’t have any grains, which is not true. This is why when I go out to eat I say I have a real wheat issue, not an LA wheat issue. The server immediately gets it 🤣
I have celiac too! Always have to make sure the server understands what gluten free means 🤣 I wish America had the celiac standards that Italy does!
@@Eva-a1b2c3 For real!! I have never been but rich friends with celiac tell me Italy is a celiac paradise compared to the US.
It’s absolutely amazing. I’m currently studying abroad in Rome. I hope you get the chance to visit one day - it brings me so much hope for celiac awareness and gluten free restaurants!! We’re all in it together 💓 celiac sure can feel isolating!!
@@Eva-a1b2c3 I love hearing that, I am so afraid to go back to Europe (I was born in London) because traveling is so dicey for celiacs, but your endorsement of Italy puts it top of my list!
you got me good at the end there, bud.
I love the host he thought everything I thought 😂 epically that they were lying.
Your description of being the leader of a frat is literally what being a CEO is like at my company. You make it to the top so everyone else can do all the work that you get paid for.
