I reached out to Bosgame about getting one of those a while back but they never got back to me, so unfortunately I cant say. if it's anything like it's SER6 and SER5 siblings tho, it should be a good chip in a decent case. for the price you can find it at, it's a great 7735hs system.
Other than to help them clear old stock, doesn't make sense. Literally today there are a number of 7940HS / 780M SKUs for the same price or less on Amazon.
I have a beelink version of this, I think it’s the SER6 second edition, and I adore it. I love that I can use XTU and drop it down to roughly 20w and use it like one of those Intel N305 low power systems but with way more punch when I need it.
I picked up Beelink 2024 version of this Mini PC 2 weeks ago to use as an emulation machine. Honestly, it's been hit or miss with certain emulators (especially Xbox). I am an older guy so I put 60% on me 😁, but I was kind of expecting install emulator and the PC will handle everything else. The advice I've been getting is take the time to set up Batocera on a portable SSD and go from there..

My brother in christ it's a laptop chip with a 105C tjmax that's also based on a desktop chip (HX) shoved into a machine with less cooling than your average 16" laptop, if you want lower temps you'll need to cool it better

It doesn't matter what chip it is, it should never just be around 90C in a brand new system with a new thermal paste application (from the factory) and a clean fan and airways. Never. There is something wrong with any such system.
Disagree entirely, just work the graphic settings to a reasonable level and get over the idea of 60+FPS, unless you use XTU to set it to extreme. If you do, mind the temperatures.

i find it crazy that we're already saying this... my laptop feels brand new yet i got it in nov 2022 and it has a 680m

I have a 6900hx mini pc and it doesn’t let me use afmf when I disable the dgpu.

Looks like the GPU is throttling due to high temp.. It should hover around 2400 for ryzen 6900 and 2200 for ryzen 6800

Without saying your vid, I'll say yes if it's coming with 32GB-1TB at around 300.
This must be a Bosgame issue, because there are other channels out there getting far better performance out of the 6900HX on a Beelink Ser6.
Does usit linut (gaming or general use distro) impacts gaming performance on these apus?
