Question, is this land still avail AND how are the ticks up there? I do dog rescue in CT and we have a LOT OF TICKS, many tick borne diseases here...its awful
Most of the state has ticks but they are not bad in this area. The listing agent has never had a tick on him in this area. The further north you go the LESS ticks, particularly deer ticks, you will find.

The soil on this property is very stony. Not amazing for crops.
You said about white pine on the property , is there any white or red oaks on the property or any tamarack ( you might know it as larch ) ?
Didn't see a lot of oak. Other than pine maple, beech, birch, hemlock, fir, spruce, cedar. Didn't see any tamarack, hackmatack, or eastern larch:)
