Question, is this land still avail AND how are the ticks up there? I do dog rescue in CT and we have a LOT OF TICKS, many tick borne diseases here...its awful
Most of the state has ticks but they are not bad in this area. The listing agent has never had a tick on him in this area. The further north you go the LESS ticks, particularly deer ticks, you will find.
Jon, it has been a long time coming. Last year on MLS, Maine had 928 lots of 10 + acres sell without any waterfrontage for an average of $2,581.22 per acre.
@@lifestyleproperties I have a friend who is looking for land, I'll let him know, we are local so we know where the property is. We have sledded through the property several times.
Time for you to get a drone so you can show it from the air! Big pines? Uh, I guess for today's standards you might call them 'big'.

We agree!

Plenty of springs on this land.
You said about white pine on the property , is there any white or red oaks on the property or any tamarack ( you might know it as larch ) ?
Didn't see a lot of oak. Other than pine maple, beech, birch, hemlock, fir, spruce, cedar. Didn't see any tamarack, hackmatack, or eastern larch:)
