Spoiler: Yeah, he's thinking crap like "Anticipate don't improvise" yet he's constantly improvising and getting into sticky situations, until the end where he does anticipate that woman about to lure him in with a knife and simply shoots her.
SPOILERS He's actually somewhat sloppy at times. The opening of the movie where he talks about his routine and discipline and all of that, but then misses his target showed he's not as good as maybe he thinks. Leaving a billionaire who tried to kill you alive, with a simple threat that you'll come after him if he comes after you, is a bold decision that would more often than not cost him his life. What if the billionaire hires a better hitman? No matter how good he is, there's always someone better. I was not a big fan of the movie, but it has some cool moments for sure.
I don't think they were showing he wasn't as good as he thinks. I believe it was a "Even the best makes mistakes sometimes" . To me that was just a mistake especially when he missed he said "this is new". He never botched a job before but like I said mistakes happen even to the best. Also this might be me talking out of my ass but I'm pretty sure he didn't kill the client because of what he said on the plane going there. He said something like police effort is directly linked to the victims wealth or something like that. Or maybe he randomly gained some empathy. I don't know.
@@markarthguard537 I'm still figuring out the ending. Him admitting that he's not "one of the few", after he'd been trying to convince himself and us of the whole movie. Perhaps I interpreted the ending wrong, but to me, that sounded like him admitting that he was going to be living in fear for the rest of life.
“he’s actually somewhat sloppy at times” do you realise his sloppiness is literally entire basis of the plot? lol next you’re gonna tell me water is wet
The fact that a compilation of the killer throwing away trash exists is fucking hilarious to me.
SPOILER: I love how his monologue makes him out to be a master killer.... and then as soon as we see him do "the job" he f^cks up majorly.
That's literally the point of the film 🤦♂️

He was $8.5 million flawless up to that point. This shows the end of career, which I thought was pretty cool. I'd love to see a prequel.
Even with no plan, he always has some idea of what to do.
Is his target the environment?
Fun fact you did not search for this video.

I'm pretty sure the point is that he is not nearly as good as he pretends he is in his mind

Good observation, and i just watched it and it was good! no fight club, but good.
This is also hilarious to me that it was made, his littering is a killer, 😂
So good
It's funny how everything this guy does in the movie to "blend in" is undoubtedly bringing more attention to himself
Like what?
Loved this movie
