All the Empires preceding the Roman and proceeding thereof to the British, American and now Chinese all used the blueprint and pathway of knowledge transfer by their diasporans who lived in the reigning Empire to build a better system. How the governments of Ghana and no leader of the country have established a high level institutional framework to tap in this resource rich expertise by Ghanaians abroad to play the critical roles in developing Ghana is just unbelievable. No visionary and discipline leaders interested in creating better lives for the people and generations.

@@Theghua1 They will always want to step on us because it is in their interest to do so. We have to figure out how to become too slippery for the grips to remain in place. It's on us, not on them. We black folks talk too much! We think out too loud...Malcom, K. Nkrumah, Patrice Lumumba, etc. We need to develop the skills of moving in stealth, plan and execute. How did Singapore do it? How did China do it? What can we learn from what they did and how it was done? For our context, what can we pick from the experiences of others? We have leadership/visionary crises as of now... Groups of clueless individuals circulating as presidents, politicians, etc.
