This video is amazingly thoughtful, I'm so happy to hear that you enjoyed the gameplay loop even though it was fairly barebones. This demo all said and done only showcased roughly 10% of our planned content. Thank you so much for covering our game! Can't wait to see you in the next demo!
@Kripe98 I didn't have time to check out the farming but I'm intrigued! Classes would be really interesting too I am so curious how that would play out
Great video and analysis of the Summer Demo, I enjoyed watching every second of it! You earned yourself a new subscriber. And thank you so much for covering PokéForce, it means a lot 𖹭
Does anyone remember that Pokemon game, the browser one called Pokemon Crater? That was such a fun game for some reason lol. You had Shadow, Shiny, Ghostly, Dark, Metal and I think there may have been 1 or 2 more types of Pokemon, but I can't remember. I tried to play that browser version of the game a while ago, but they changed the game into something I didn't like anymore. Maybe I'll try see if I can find the website again, then see if it's any good and whether I've missed out on not playing the modern update or not lol.
The mining and requires X level to mine reminds me exactly of Pokemon Planet (except it's like a huge money maker there, which can be a downside), while the quests reminds me of PokeOne (which tremendously slows down the progression with cooldown which makes it less fun) Hopefully this won't end up like PokeOne, lots of hype + interesting ideas that made people think it's the "next big thing" but ends up flopping flat, or Pokemon Blaze which the craze just dies off.
Yeah I'm really curious if it will be good enough to pull from the established pokemmo player base too. I've been playing pokemmo for just over a year now and I feel very attached to it. It'll be really tough to pull from those who have been at it for 12 years!
@@JinxedBoon Yeah I agree, then again I believe those who played a ton of years wouldn't mind taking a few weeks break to play PokeForce. I think PF has quite a lot of hype, just needa be solid enough to retain the players. From what I'm seeing, the trainer level being tied to things could be an L like PokeOne if they decide to timegate the level/progression, eg. X number of quests per day. Ores requiring X level too, like Pokemon Planet you actually needa put in a ton of time to mine your ores level up (and I mean A TON), on one hand that discourages alt accounts but for players who just wanna play Pokemon that's an L. PokeMMO/Pokemon Revolution Online/Pokemon Planet/PokeONE all co-existed but I guess the breeding and staying somewhat true to ROMs is what made PokeMMO outlast everyone else. Sometimes too much customization breaks balance. ps. people did viewed Pokemon Blaze as the "next" but it's hard to fight 12 years of progress being put into a game. Everything look too "beta/new" and will only be weeks of fun before people go back to PokeMMO
I chatted with the devs and it seems like they have a lot of plans for end game challenging stuff that would require locking in and also have the chill collection mechanics. Hard to say now, but I totally agree that pokemmo is the king of that right now
@bagonsoul I'm pretty sure it'll run similarly to others like pokemmo where it is essential a rom hack but you provide the legally acquired roms. Pokemmo has been going strong for 12 years so I think we are all good!
It's still pretty early but you can join their discord or the forum to stay posted on it! Probably a year out if I had to guess but progress is coming quick so hard to say
Looks good , but at the same time, is like terraria pokemon, we have to wait... to see how evolves. hope in that game is not a pain in the ass get a shiny, cuz pokemmo is barely legal doing rates 1/30k or 1/27-24k(whit bonuses which cost high money).
You provide your own legally acquired roms to the game so there is no theft of copyrighted materials. Manipulation of roms assets via rom hacks are typically considered legal! Pokemmo has been going strong for 12 years now!
It is not out yet but they recently ran a 2 week demo. This was their second demo, with the first being last Christmas season. Check out their disc to follow for more demo dates!

Thanks for the awesome game, can't wait to see what you all bring!

@@SoLFlashBone links should be updated now! Sorry about that
@@JinxedBoon Thanks, its working now 👍
Thank you for covering PokéForce and making such a great video on it! Can't wait to have you all playing again - Emma 💕
You are all doing great, keep it up! Thanks for checking out the video ❤️
Add some Gym leader Koga clothes, for all the ninja!
The runecape inspiration sold me.
It seems very promising! Love the berry farming and the fact that you can level your skills. Heard that they were adding classes too🔥

Dude you just unlocked a lost core memory of mine. Damn that nostalgia hit hard ❤️

@@JinxedBoon it should launch mobile versions quickly bcz 55% players plays on phone.
this looks sick ! i cant wait to be able to play this
A different approach, would try it out but hard to beat PokeMMO mechanics where you can play locked in or super chill.
I chatted with the devs and it seems like they have a lot of plans for end game challenging stuff that would require locking in and also have the chill collection mechanics. Hard to say now, but I totally agree that pokemmo is the king of that right now
Nice video as always very informative might try it when it releases :D
I will play any pokemmo games that have mega evolution
Imma come back if this releases on Android
That'll be a deal breaker for me too!
Looking forward to this hope it release on mobile too.
That'll definitely be make or break for me! I play 95% of my pokemmo on mobile so it'll be a must to have mobile before I commit to it
so when is the game out to "play" ?
Hmm. I'll pass. Unless they have a way to avoid being sent a cease-and-desist, it's hard to commit long-term.

@JinxedBoon, thanks for the response. That's good news. I may just have to try it now with this new information you've given me.
great video Jinx
and when is the release date i would like to try this
It's still pretty early but you can join their discord or the forum to stay posted on it! Probably a year out if I had to guess but progress is coming quick so hard to say
Do you keep your progress for future updates/final release?
Nope, it was just a short demo test so nothing is kept other than the hat earned for completing the demo quest

Yeah definitely have to wait but the demo was a great showcase! I agree pokemmo is harsh but 1/20k for pokeforce seems pretty reasonable imo
That’s kind of the point to make something rare
Hippity hoppity Nintendo says this is my property. (I'm joking guys, i hope)

Definitely going to try this game when it comes out, I am very impressed! Thanks for sharing

Wait so is it released or not out yet?

When Release As Public this Year or Next Year?.
I'm in Android So I miss Demo project Hope so It's Playable and Creating content as you easy....
@timepatrolonegaming it's still got a long ways, probably about a year if I had to guess! They did say android will come on full release too!
