Wow ebay doesn't have them in California yet , that is a really new truck. Looks like a great way to get into the hobby. That was a relaxing video. Everytime I see you on those ramps airing the cars out . I'm think please don't crash. This little guy was just chilling, throwing some rooster tails with some clean jumps. Very Nice.

Liked the new.tweaks in your vid and introduction. Durability is suspect. I broke an axle without any real bashing but maybe that's just a one off moment. Otherwise, it is great bang for the buck. Keep at it and thanks. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Whoops, had this confused with the cheap version which broke an axle without trying.
Did you break the axle on this larger new Quantum Plus version or the previous smaller Quantum which is known for weak axles that break/bend. It would be disappointing if this new Quantum Plus axles are still breaking as it is suppose to come with the stronger HD axles made from tougher steel.
Quantum PLUS hasn't been released to the public yet. It will be in about week time. He's talking about standard quantum. Many people being confused as there is only tiny difference in names. quantum flux, and quantum PLUS flux. Completely different trucks tho.

Isn’t that speed dial as you phrase it, isn’t basically adjusting the endpoint which on this happens to limit the ESC as opposed to limiting a mechanical servo amount of travel

Unfortunately the Kaiju is not available in Australia and getting it shipped from the states just costs too much to bare. I'd love one too, but just not financially possible at this stage.

I know Arrma kraton goes to 4S but that car has no center diff. On 3S is the Maverick Quantum maybe a bit more planted or better driving than an Arrma 4s on 3s ?
The 4S Kraton has no center diff, but it does have a slipper clutch, which helps a bit with the driving. But yes, a car with a center diff will feel different and will drive better if the diffs are tuned right.

One downer is body is made out of pvc and not pc so I recommend and beginner look up how to reinforce the body cause it will disintegrate in no time

They are coming back from everything I've seen and heard. HPI not just as maverick
Maverick was launched by HPI Europe in 2008, it's been around a while.

That's correct. The stock Quantum has a direct drive (no center diff or slipper clutch), the Quantum+ has a center diff. 😊
the maverick quantum flux has no center diff. the quantum flux +(plus) has the center diff.
the flux bit is HPI/MAVERICK term for the brushless system.

Thanks man. I figured it was time for a change. There's actually another intro he did for me and I may use that one in certain videos as well. I'm also unsure about the music for this intro, even though it does work with it, so I might change it up once in a while.

No, these cars are only rated to 3S. To run 4S you'll need to change out the power system.

I ran it for the first time yesterday. The battery

Was that the right battery?
And why can’t I have a spot to race like that lol!
The audio for me is out of sync. When you’re jumping the truck, it’s about 2 seconds off from when it lands and you hear the chassis slap.
That's only you, buddy. No issues when I play it back on my phone or on my PC. Maybe something wrong with your app or internet connection? 🤷♂️
Worst truck on the planet if you ask me. The suspension is connected to the gear box. Meaning if you break anything on the suspension you will have to replace the ENTIRE gear box.
