Bruno Mossa de Rezende (born 2 July 1986) is a Brazilian volleyball player, a member of Brazil men's national volleyball team and Italian club Azimut Modena, 2016 Olympic Champion, double silver medalist of the Olympic Games (Beijing 2008, London 2012), 2010 World Champion, double gold medalist of the World Grand Champions Cup (2009, 2013), South American Champion (2007, 2009, 2011, 2013), multimedalist of the World League, Pan American Games, Brazilian Champion (2004, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013), Italian Champion (2016).
Lucas Saatkamp (born 6 March 1986) is a Brazilian volleyball player, a member of Brazil men's national volleyball team and Brazilian club SESI São Paulo, winning a gold medal with Brazil at the 2010 World Championships, a participant and silver medalist of the Olympic Games London 2012, World Champion 2014 and multi-medalist of the World League.

What make Brazil such a strong team: (1) very good setter (2) powerful hitters (3) outstanding communication in the court (4) great combination of players. Most of the time, in front position are Lucarelli or Leal as outside spiker, Lucas as middle blocker and Wallace as opposite. If Leal is the outside,. Lucarelli will do the pipe attack and he is sooooo good at that! Bruno's options are so rich! How can you beat these monsters???

I completely agree. Brazil is a consistently great team. I feel that Italy can beat Brazil anytime if only - and I mean IF ONLY - Italy reduces its errors. In the 2017 World Grand Champions Cup match between these two teams, for example, the Italians reduced their errors and their consistent play unnerved the Brazilians. In that match, even without their superstars Zaytsev and Juantorena, the Italians were able to beat Brazil (Bruno, Wallace, Lucas and all...).
In this times no one can know exactly who will win a tournament. The difference will be on the errors that each team make.

Logo, monstros como citados vão aparecer e eu digo isso como brasileiro. É um esporte de encher os olhos, seja no masculino quanto no feminino, na área de clubes ou nas divisões de base. As mulheres devem babar com a forma e a aparência máscula dos atletas. Já eu gosto de mulheres e elas são lindas; as brasileiras, as americanas, as holandesas, as italianas etc. Voltando a sua pergunta, o Bruno tem sim muitas opções, mas os outros levantadores também as tem.

He always hits the ball with 100% and still looks like it was nothing special and he could do that 100 times more. Lucas is such a monster and nobody can stop him. Also the sets from Bruno are always onpoint.

Bruno and Lucas are giving a masterclass to other teams. THey're the best and no one comes close to this duo. I don't know how they do it but Lucas and Bruno have really great communication. It's like they have the same minds. I have not seen this connection in other teams. Every time Lucas is in front, expect the ball will not come back once he hits it. I also like the hand technique of Lucas which makes it difficult to catch once he hits it. Bruno on the other and has great peripheral vision. He sees the gaps on the other side. Notice when he takes a split second look before he makes the set? That's amazing!!!!
that easy communication you talk about is probably because they play at least one season together every year since their teenage years and they're great friends too. They probably don't even have to look anymore to know where the other is in the court lol
You're right, but that chemistry is thanks to a relationship since they were practically teenagers, they are beasts that evolved together and became what we all know and love today.
Instead, Luciano de Cecco and Robertlandy Simon have great communication and chemistry, despite not playing for a long time in the same team, right now they are one of the best duos in the world and in the Italian Super League.

Cause you're comparing high school level players who would probably never even see the international stage to international level professional players who have won several championships, and olympics medals.
Dude we're talking about an anime here. In Haikyuu! the volleyball is unrealistic and more advanced than regular volleyball. Although they're just high schoolers they're better than these guys
While unrealistic, the volleyball in Haikyuu is clearly no where near the level of International or college level playing. All the plays that are run are clearly lower level versions of the plays run in International, college, and even amateur level play. You see Karasuno and every other team in Haikyuu run the same play after play after play, rarely changing up or setting up their plays. This is called stupidity by most standards of volleyball play. You don't run the same plays constantly. Also Hinata is no where near the level of Saatkamp. Hinata is a foot and a half shorter, he doesn't hit well enough, doesn't block well enough, and doesn't serve well enough to even compare to Saatkamp is also in the conversation when talking about the best middle blockers in the world. Kageyama, although has unnatural accuracy, get a double touch violation for every quick set he sets Hinata. He also has no clue as a setter on how to set up his plays and just runs them willy nilly. Compared to Bruno who has won multiple medals and been named best setter in a multitude of tournaments, he is highly sought after because of how well he meshes with every team. Also listen to you last sentence, "although they're just HIGH SCHOOLERS they're BETTER than these guys" That is literally the most retarded statement to ever be muttered by someone who watches volleyball.

Up to this date I don't think that either of both players is top 3 material. Lucas compared with Muserskiy, Simon or Souza is not that good, Bruno in comparison with Giannelli, de Cecco and Christenson is not that good. What makes both that outstanding is the connection between one another, this is something that is unmatched in today's volleyball.
