Why not upgrade mounts at same time? Uerothane vs Rubber?

I prefer rubber bushings on passenger cars because it gives you a more comfortable ride. If this were a performance application, I would definitely choose urethane.

What struts did you buy.? They didn’t look original

Not sure, they were installed by the previous owner.

Great to know, thanks for the video! I have sort of clunking noise sometimes too but have checked all this and can't find anything wrong; the 2004 Toyota Corolla that I took apart and put together in 3.5 yers with no knowledge of mechanics but the very basic keeps running fine engine wise after I eliminated few codes that lingered for a while about the evap system which turned out to be a lose hose and not ggod connection on the electrical for the evap valve and also a persistent P0351-4 which drove me crazy for days on end until found 2 grounds lose for the fuel injector rail and for the coils and also found the injectors were all bad; I had replaced the stock injectors with Chinese ones from Amazon that I got for $40.00 all 4 of then when the price for one OEM is $277.00 at the Dealer, so what could go wrong??!! after cleaning and putting back the stocks one the P0351-4 code went away and has not returned, also had persistent P0010, replaced the VVTi solenoid and oil was missing by half quarter ob the first 100~200 miles, after filling and the replacement of the solenoid and also the camshaft solenoid was exchanged with another one also stock I had from first engine that code has not come back; SOOO..right now I have what I suspect it is transmission fluid leak possible from the front passenger side axle seal as that axle was not driven all the way in; seems as a generic part it does not really fit this car; I have to get under it to make sure, unless there is motor oil leak from somewhere, will know soon enough as I expended almost all December with a respiratory infection that is now finally clearing. I also did all 4 brakes including rotors and calipers and all 4 shocks and struts; on rear brakes I hear a slight metal rubbing when braking a slow speed, possible did not adjusted right and have to investigate; I installed an andriod/car play radio with backing camera that works great but the radio is possessed turns on and off on its on and it is not the electrical but the radio itself; have to get a replacement and the last thing I hope to do then will be to recharge the AC with freon but there is time for that, not in a hurry. I impressed the service manager at. my local Toyota Dealer with all done to the car and considering I am not into this type of work how it is going; hopefully once all the kinks and adjustments are done it would last long time; I really enjoy driving it as it drives like a dream; the clutch I only have to touch the pedal to shift; since last November 18 when starting the car for the first time it is on its third gas tank filled only 2 dots down so about 600-700 miles driven and it is also time for the first oil change as it is recommended to do one at 500 miles with the "new" engine; my wife wants to drive it but I keep finding excuses and have not let her drive it just yet, LOL. I still have to edit and upload the video from back Nov 18 when it first started!
