Those kitchen cabinet looks like it came from 2005. Apart from that, it's all great. No lie, my parents have that similar kitchen cabinet in their house even until today.

Much bigger than it looks from the outside. It’s also much more modern than I expected. But I thought it was very strange that the front door opened into the kitchen.
Very very cute home. If I'm ever able to afford my own house this is probably a really good size for just me. Looove the ceiling in the basement, doesn't feel like a basement at all. I personally couldn't have a house that opens directly into the kitchen though with the way I hate to do the dishes, I need the kitchen tucked away lol.
The work house is twice as big as my entire home on its own... Thats a decent size for a single person/couple! I'd be extremely lucky to have anywhere near this space here in England...
It's necessary now because of the value of every square foot. Do you realize how much space all the doors and hallways take up? My last house was built in 56 and half of the square feet was taken up by claustrophobic passageways. My new place is almost the same area but because the main level is open it has so much more useful areas to use. So yes, older styles are better if you have the land and foundation to allow it, not if it's cramped.
I like open concept, but I don't want to open my front door and be greeted by a kitchen with a massive, over-sized island. I like foyers and halls that spill into open concept kitchens and family rooms.
Nice houses . I watch your videos . Canada is very beautiful with abudant natural beauty . Preserve the nature . Hope you don't cut trees to built houses.
Love the color of the cabinet. Not a fan of open concept due to the odors and general cost of heating and cooling. It’s a tad bit small for my liking but the place looks spectacular. My only criticism would be lack of shelves on the side of the kitchen where the stove is. Tv placement is odd in the basement. The computer built in I would remove.
Pretty cute little home although she has her home decorated to have parties I would definitely restyle it my way I do love the basement it looks pretty cozy down there and then her office area in the back I don't think I do that for office but I would renovated to be Something Beautiful My Sanctuary but there's a lot you could do to this cute little place
