I was so fed up with getting destroyed by 2 of the Doms so I just said screw it and stole the enemy Gouf to destroy them

This situation battle was probably my favorite one so far. While it does suck getting stuck with the filler MS (like the GMs or the Zaku Cannon), this situation battle wasn't too unbalanced. This situation battle really shows how good the Doms were in the show.

sightseeing on the zaku was enjoyable, the view from the top of the mountain is p nice- (guncannon beam)

Funny you mentioned the Jet Stream attack, because that was a common attack that Dom teams would use in GBO 1.

as far from my experiences playing with randoms on federation side, we need to push the zeon side so that our powerful yet paper thin defense support could have the breathing room it needed

My favorite time to be a Tank (more notably the Zaku Tank) would be on Impact Site (A side) and Artic Base (either side) because I can rotate between the types of ammo so fast that I just bombard enemies and shred them if I was left to my own little shenanigans.
Impact Site side A has a little ledge (top left of map, can be reached with thruster jump or tactical sideways climbing!) for the start of the that provides massive advantage to bombard the hill at the middle of the map all while approaching just a little gives so much sightlines to bombard enemies that attempt to approach with ease.
Artic Base while requiring at minimum 1 general to guard you at times, usually getting to the Tower areas at the middle, Tunnel entrances, or just at the edge of the map in general is enough to dominate the area. I do not recommend the mountain-like area of the map unless it is either last defense tactic or the enemy is really bad at positioning and logic that you can take advantage of with ease.

i have a fun time in guntank too but instead of vantage point on the right i take the mountain on the left. luckily the gouf just distracted to the gundam and my only obstacle is only 1 dom and zaku cannon. the high mountain realy helps with assisting gundam ganked by 2 doms and 1 gouf with guntank's cannon splash damage and managed to stagger 1 dom and gouf. the rest of the match i just stagger anyone nears gundam and let them rake the damage and kills

yeah the only real threat is the gouf, as long as he doesn't get you in 2 seconds you're fine

I can't help but feel like a shuddering mountain's situation battle would be the two(?) MP Guntanks just bullying the Gouf custom no matter how over leveled and slapped with a bunch of skills onto it that it'll never have in the proper game.

I topped damage a few times on the Dom bum rushing, so it's definitely not as decisive on the Zeonic side

i played like 30 matches or something of this and i just kept getting the zeon side over and over again, really annoying
the doms (not sure about the gouf) can actually get up that small ledge without using any thrust

up the ledge not the slope? Is it by going up the hill thing in the middle then tracing the edge of the cliff all the way along
