The simple melee spam is not the best for this suit, start with saber, good range and a double hit neutral of 200%, as well as better combo modifier. Once enemy knock down, use axe and down swing only, for 200% modifier, because of combo modifier of axe, two swing is still at best 200%, and three swing only gets 220% in total. Follow up after the axe with the saber's neutral-down combo if time allow.

Speaking of Titans, you should try the buffed GM Quel! With the bazooka and pursuit melee aux skill, it is very solid now to the point I would use it over other raids unless very specific cases.
Go for max thusters and sustain and melee final. Melee combos would be front, side, front or front side back. First combo works on both when enemy is up or prone and other works to make a enemy go prone.
