Works like a charm. The only addition I had to do with the latest version of Windows (11 Enterprise) was also change an entry in the same area named ServiceKeepAlive from 0 to 1.

Thank you so much! I did such a sinful act trying to download an executor. The executor or download was probably outdated and caused my download to download something else. I read a few articles and none of them helped so I decided to restart my computer (From past knowledge). Then I searched this type of problem and I found your video; although what I had to delete (In your case its the DisableAntiSpyware thing) it still worked. Thank you so much for helping me out.
