Guys if none of it works. Do a fresh start reboot on your windows. It fixed it for me, but you have to re add everything on your pc. It's worth it though. Thank you for help anyways Amjad.

Some websites do not perform downloads because of the risk of viruses. For this, antivirus has to be disabled then download.
sme thing happened to me if you have windows 10 try resetting yung pc be sure to choose reset but keep files.Thays what I did.
