    Looking for a show-stopping dessert that's both easy to make and absolutely delicious? Try this Rhubarb Pudding Cake! With a buttery crust, creamy vanilla pudding, and tangy rhubarb topping, it's a treat everyone will love.
    Ingredients:
    220g flour
    100g butter
    1 pinch of salt
    1 egg
    500ml milk
    1 packet vanilla pudding powder
    50g powdered sugar
    Additional sugar (to taste)
    400g rhubarb
    Instructions:
    🌸Prepare the Dough: Mix 220g of flour, 100g of butter, 1 pinch of salt, and 1 egg until you get a smooth dough. Press the dough into a greased cake tin.
    🌸Make the Pudding: In a saucepan, heat 500ml of milk and mix in the vanilla pudding powder and 50g of powdered sugar. Cook according to the packet instructions until thickened.
    🌸Assemble the Cake: Pour the prepared vanilla pudding over the dough. Wash and chop 400g of rhubarb. Spread the chopped rhubarb evenly over the pudding.
    🌸Bake: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the cake for 40-45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the rhubarb is tender.
