Love your channel! What do you use to get rid of spider mites now? I bring all my orchids into a heated sun room in the winter ( I live in Ohio) , and I also bring my lemon and orange tree's in there. Those tree's are notorious for getting spider mites. This is the first year I have kept my orchids in this room over the winter and they are doing excellent, but I did see some of those red spider mites on the tree's. I hate spider mites.

Thank you! I bought a beautiful plant, but in cold, wet, soggy moss. Repotted it today in large bark and it’s happy already! The roots were all firm, but you’re right, they look different than my other orchids. Thanks for all your help!! Invaluable!! (In New England, USA).

How is it 5 years later? Have you thought about cutting the bare stem where it has lost the leaves? There are roots above and it could have keikis at the bottom. What made you move from Romania to Cyprus? Your English language skills are amazing, like you moved to an Anglophone country a couple of decades before.

    Hello Dani
I was given a Phalanopsis Orchid in bloom for Mothers Day 2017 and he is now in flower again, when l saw the spike appear that's when l got the Phal bug. At the moment l have 3 in bloom and have another 6 that lm nurturin along. Today l bought my first very small
Vanda, after watching one of you videos it might be a few years before l see a flower. I love all the information you give although l have to convert the seasons as l live in Victoria Australia.
Thank you for all the help.

Angraecum sesquipedale naturally grows very high in the tree its roots attach to the bark so not meant to be in a pot perhaps

I have A small angreacum and the top leaf got pulled out. The crown is intact but does losing the top leaf kill the crown? Or can it grow a new leaf and continue?

Hi Danny. Again was a lovely story. A very resilient little guy as is the story teller. So happy you’re finally getting a bloom. Maybe will represent the MOG brand ?

Hi Danny. I'm curious about your aerangis citrata. How is she doing?

My Angreacum sesquipedale did not experience any set back at all after I potted it. It came from Ecuagenera uprooted. I potted it in a Vanda circular basket, with LECA topped with moss. Exposed in a Vanda light. They love moisture. 😊

Can these guys be mounted? If so, how best to mount? I have a Large Vivarium, that I would like to grow one in, the walls are covered in Cork Bark Panels, and the viv is misted 3x a day, 2 mins in the morning, 5 at noon and 2 at night. Its purely Madgascar Enedimic Plants. So the night drop you mentioned, that is present in Situ for these, is recreated as is the 100% nighttime humidity (or close to) with Situ temps also being a thing.
I have EXTREMELY bright lights as well, 4 10k lumen 6500k cobs on 12 hours a day.

    Phalanophsis voilecia × speciosa
    Phalanophsis bellina × speciosa
Phalanophsis voilecia indigo blue × speciosa how the blooms will be will speciosa dominate these two and make them bloom different from each buds and they have the fragrance of voilecia or bellina. Give it a go with the speciosa hybridised with your fav bellina or voilecia. Add this stuff in your haul. I hope the flowers will not bore you it will surprise you from each bloom and frag will also satisfy you.🎅
