We’re soaking up the sun in our beautiful home, Hawaii and having an absolute blast with the kids! We faced some fears, tackled new challenges, and made some unforgettable memories.
The kids and I tried our hand at wake surfing, and let me tell you, it was an adventure! From balancing on the boards to diving underwater, we captured every moment with our Insta360 X4 camera. You won’t believe the cool 360-degree shots we got - it’s like you’re right there with us, feeling the excitement of the waves and the thrill of the surf.
One of the highlights was seeing the kids' reactions and cheering each other on from the boat. It’s these special family moments that make everything worth it. Whether it’s riding the waves or capturing those epic underwater scenes, we had so much fun together.
We’ve got some amazing adventures lined up next, and I can’t wait to share them with you all. We’re heading to Utah, Colorado, Reno, Tahoe, and even exploring parts of Asia like China, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia. Oh, and we’re definitely hitting up Borneo too!

As for the questions, never tried wake surfing, but it’s high on the list. Been to Hawaii a few times but never Maui! And wake surfing in Maui looks amazing!

Garret, I recommend you to look at as many different youtube videos as you can with "360 camera tips and tricks", and you will make videos that are even much more impressive than what you already make.
There are thousands of things you can do with the 360 camera that you NEVER EVER can do with a regular 1 lens camera (like a GoPro etc....)

I’ve always done photography and videography on my iPhone, and am starting to get into photography/videography and the story behind the photo/videos !

Your kids are amazing!!! They are just really exceptional little people. But because you and Jess are such patient, amazing and exceptional people/parents and it exudes through your kids. I feel so many children would be great students, athletes, artists, entrepreneurs ect if they had parents like you or were better mentored. I wish it was available to me while I was growing up. Awesome camera 💙🌎🤙 I've never been wake surfing but I've done regular waterskiing. We went to Oahu in January and it was paradise! I love the north shore. The kids took surf lessons in Waikiki. 🏄♀️ we would LOVE to try it in Maui!!

We would love to visit Hawaii but haven't made it there yet. Yes, we know about wake surfing on Maui. We watched the competitions in Bonaire; however, I fell and broke my leg so that ended trying it out. 🤦♀️ We are total water fanatics. Love your ocean content.

Never tried wake surfing, I’m kind of afraid of deep ocean as my dad pushed me off a Pedelo in Spain and I had to swim back to the shore. I kept seeing dark shapes gliding underneath my body and a few times I got bumped by something 🐋Been to Hawaii many times and love it 🌈🌴🌺 Maui only once. Maybe one day I’ll be brave enough to do what you do. If Calli can do it, I’ve got no excuses 😊🏄♂️🏄♂️🏄♂️

No, never have tried wakesurfing. I'm a total water baby born landlocked in the city of St. Louis so we didn't really have much of an opportunity to wakesurf. After I was married we went to Florida a few times but couldn't really afford to go to places like that often and it was after the "JAWS" era where they pretty much freaked everyone out about sharks. If I could do it over I would scrimp and save and go on more adventures if I could. Now at 60 I have a bucket list of places I'd like to go and any and all include the ocean. But it will take my health improving (I'm doing great so far) and finances to be there. I miss the ocean like crazy. That's why I watch your videos so much because it gives me that hit of seeing the ocean. On the other hand it makes me miss the ocean all the more but also motivates me to keep improving so I can get there one day. Thanks for all you do!! 🌊🐠🍹🌅🌞

Hi BLF- 1st Q- I was born & raised in Honolulu - Pearl City- I learned to wake board as a young teenager- I've never wake surfed on the open Ocean but plan too even in my older age of 58. lol What's Life if you can't live it fully. ❤
