I heard that Humility weighting has been dropped to 5k from like 10k+. It's probably not worth farming Blood Aqueducts for Tabula anymore if this is true.
Hey Ziz, I usually farm A10 ossuary for exp because the skeletons are weak, give decent exp, and the area is always a figure-8. I've never seen ANYONE recommend it. Is it slept on, or is there a reason for choosing other areas like the ones you mentioned?
I think currency tab is overrated and overpriced. I just put 2 standard tabs in a folder named currency and it's enough if you exchange mats for jewelers orbs and then to fuse orbs. I just bought the starter pack and bought the Mega premium tab so i can sell stuff and have a ton of extra storage.

Always something new to learn, there's so much in this game no one can know or remember everything about it... unless their entire life was devoted towards it
I've got like 400 hours in this game yet have only ever made it to red maps once, and even then I only did a few. My biggest issue with the game is I get to the point where I really just don't know what gear is considered good or not.
@@The88shrimp I have ~700h and I've only gotten to red maps once as well. Highest level I've gotten to is 94 in SC trade, I always follow a build guide and still feel like I'm only scratching the surface in terms of knowledge.
As someone who just started poe and just finished act10, this video was basically in a different language and I understood nothing... this game is far too confusing xD
That's the problem with a lot of PoE content creators I've noticed, they only make content with the thought that you know all the core systems in the game, when you really don't. I feel like PoE needs to bake everything into the campaign so people are actually able to learn wtf is going on, instead of people finishing act 10 and feel like having a bunch of confusing crap thrown at them.
The problem is there is a ton of gatekeeping with this game because the sellers on non SSF forums want to be able to sell you things and prevent you from being able to farm them or to really tell you how to get the things you need on your own. Now that being said they dont HAVE to tell you anything, but a lot of these videos end up being huge word salads with out any real info in them. @raxxanterax is the only one I have seen make videos that really breaks things down for people
New player who was waiting till I beat act 10 to watch this. I have no idea what I just watched. I still don't know what to do. Pretty demoralized now.
Sorry but I'm having difficulty following what's going on here. I just beat A10 Kitava and I have no idea what to do now. I understand I'm supposed to get my resistances back up but I'm having a hard time finding out what _exactly_ I should be looking for? Also, in this video, you just kind of jump from crafting thing to crafting thing and I have no idea what these recipes are or what you're doing. You're talking about 'Alching' maps - no idea what that means. "Rolling the maps is pretty important" What?? How do I "roll" a map? Does anyone have a link to a video or creator that does this but like I'm 5? lol I feel so overwhelmed.
That's the problem with this game. There are a thousand ways to combo and modify things and everyone throws around shorthand language expecting you to know what it means. Sometimes you understand enough for context clues to help, but when they mention multiple shorthands in one sentence without any reference to what/how than the brain just short circuits. I've got 600 hours in this game and I still don't know. And when I try to ask on Reddit you just get downvoted because the people who know what they're talking about don't want noob questions in their feed and only want to talk advanced stuff. And then even if you get someone who tries to help, we're back to my first issue where they just info dump a bunch of shorthand on you without much further explanation. "Just do this craft and this craft on this item after doing this craft on a flask and double corrupting this item..."
You want all your items to have resistance on them and be above 75% and with your passives get res boosts it's not hard now combine those res with the stats you need for your class
its definitely confusing and I'm trying to figure it out too here is a tip to help ya, there is a crafting bench you can place in ur hide out and if you picked up those crafting recipes throughout the campaign, you can add elemental resists for 1 u can usually get 20 to 30 or a lil more % of resist. or cover 2 resists for 14 to 25% or all 3 for 9 to 15% as modifiers you can craft onto an item
I think a video talking about how to efficiently target items you're looking for (whatever they might be) would make for a good video. There's so many different ways to play PoE that it's confusing, at least to me, on what I should be doing other than just "run maps."
Keep in mind, dapper prodigy has a drop restriction of level 80. So they wont drop in a t5 map. I made the same mistake when initially explaining div card drops in the upcoming league. But dapper is drop restricted unfortunately.
I just completed act 10 following a guide & my brain has kinda exploded after looking into maps 🤯 so much to learn . I gotta go to bed 😂 would love some help 🙏🏻 this videos a great start thank you !
Thank you for all the help! This being my second league and as someone with less than 200 hours in the game these videos are perfect to understand how to polish efficiency when doing content on the game. Please keep making these and thanks again!
You are racing man. Noobs like me come to watch this to learn about end game and you talk as if we were all expert. There's nothing in my hideout, how does that work? crafting? where? you can combine things, sell them and get useful things? Maybe it my fault, I should have looked more into basic stuff before thinking endgame...
I came from your everything explained content and finally finished act 10, tried watching this but understood like 50% of the entire thing. Do you have an everything explained for after act 10 for beginners like me?
I can see that nobody replied here so i will try and help a bit... so after act 10 obviously you get to start doing maps, maps make up the actual game of path of exile and the campaign through the acts is basically a tutorial. Once you get past act 10 for the first time odds are you will notice that your character has very low survivability, the first 3 things to do after act 10 is look at your gear, for the most part early on dont bother with any uniques, you want to find/make rare gear that has life and as many resistances as possible, dont worry about damage at all early on like this the first thing you need to fix up for maps is survivability, you should have atleast 3k life, capped res and enough defensive stats to be safe through white maps (tiers 1-5) if you can tank a few hits from a map boss without being close to dying you are in a good place early on, thw second thing is to get your flasks in order, you should not be using more than 1 life flask by this point, if you need more recovery it needs to come from a rec0very mechanic (life leach/life regen/life on hit) for the other 4 flasks you should be using, an armor and an evasion flask (the names escape me at the moment but they are the ones that give both the 1500 flat and the ones that give 20% additional) with those 4 support flasks your armor requirements are significantly lower early on but you can also switch 1-2 of them for quicksilvers if you can survive without them. The reason survivability is so important, even in softcore, is bc dying costs you a significant amoint of exp so if you are dying every 30 seconds you will never level up and will be forever stuck in a loop. The third goal is getting your first 5-6l chest with good mods, after these three things you will be in a place where you can start to wprry about your damage. The first goal for damager early on is being able to oneshot all mobs in maps except for rares and uniques, white and blue mobs have very low life and if you cant oneshot them you will run into serious damage issues if you try and move into yellow maps. The best way to increase your damage depends on what skill you are using but a good way to figure that out is to look up the skill on youtube and specifically look at how ppl increase its damage for builds. Once you have all of these things done you will just be at the point where you need to start finding/making/buying gear that pushes your damage and survivability even higher, a good goal for hp is to cross the 4k life barrier. I hope i coukd help a little bit i know the game is very hard at first but as you learn things it gets mucb easier
@@Surr3alD3sign this is so helpful but still dont get about the maps and what to do? specially, from i understand after act 10 is super limited because what if i have no maps and etc? everything you do after act 10 is just looking for maps and clearing it then? if you have no maps and cleared it all with that kirac maps on sale, you are not doing anything???? i just dont get it at this point hahahah
@@jvaliente9094 ah ok i can also help a bit here, firstly buying maps from kirac os actually a really great way to get into maps early on bc they are much cheaper than buying maps from other players, you should also do his daily mission every day ofc, and when you are buying maps from him male sure you upgrade them to rare so you can get more drops bc maps drop pretty commonly inside of maps, you will almost always get atleast 1 map drop inside of a map even super early on, another thing you can dp is as you get atlas skill point for completing maps bonus objectives is start taking the 2% map drop chance nodes bc they will make sustaining maps very very easy, by the time you have 10 atlas points you wont really ever have an issue sustaining maps, you can alsp buy maps from other players but early on its teally expensive to justify spending 1-10c for each map
@@Surr3alD3sign Thanks for jumping in and explaining things a bit more. Pretty much in the same boat as the OP and am struggling with understanding a lot of the mechanics as well.
Not gonna lie, this was incredibly hard to follow for me. And I don't think rewatching is going to help. As a new player I am missing way to many basic here.
yeah i'm a new player, I killed Kitava, started watching this video, didn't understand half of what he was saying/doing, stopped watching midway since it's not made for beginners, still looking for a guide for beginners as or right now.
Thank you for this video. It actually is going to help me a lot. I always focus on just climbing to higher tier maps as soon as I get there. Hearing you say, focus on levels first may sound basic, but really flipped a switch for me. Definitely gonna farm some lower their stuff this league. Again I appreciate your hard work, thank you.
That was my feeling after completing act 5. Got my resistances back up to keep going with RF jugg and then was like man, I'm just not having fun in this game no matter how many times I try. Wish it weren't so but at least now I can say I gave it a decent effort.
Thats ok. Fun is the most important part. I played PoE for the first time a loooong time ago and bounced of hard so I understand the feeling. Nowadays I can set my own goals after learning from Ziz which in turn allows me to enjoy the game more. Love Poe when im in the mood for a long term challenge and hate it when I dont lost without any realistic goal. 🙂
RF is a pretty laid back build though. Toxic rain and explosive arrow might be more up your alley and ziz has guides for both of those. Or you could try out your own build. No need to force yourself if you're not having fun though, plenty of other games out there.
This video was exactly what I was searching for 🙏 just finished story with my first character and finding it hard to gear up. I would love to see a longer video with more in deept info 👍
Damn this made me realise how much I know nothing. I've been farming maps but could not get much higher than T3 map right now. Thought this video would help, but understood nothing. I will have to get used to some of the systems a little more before coming back here!
So do you have a reference video where I can understand half of the things you are saying in the first 5 minutes of the video? The problem with most beginner guides is you use the language that likely someone who is not a beginner can understand. Just my feedback on this, and part of the pain I have with trying to figure out PoE is most of the "beginner" guides speak a language that someone with multiple seasons under their belt probably get. Where do I find the secret decoder ring for this?
Watch his everything explained video for 3.22, it’s like one uber long video geared towards new player where he takes you through the first 10-15 hours of gameplay step by step.
Welp, now to figure out what good actually means with items, cause i have no clue if i've got any good items at all... and i'm dying damn fast after Kitawa died.
The resistance reduction is such bad game design and unfriendly to new players. I don't see why game designers constantly create systems that makes your character weaker as you level up. Like, actually weaker, not just facing stronger monsters. The fact that you can go back through Act 10 after finishing Act 10 and it's literally harder is a major game design failure.
I tried playing PoE two times already, that stage between finishing Act 10 and starting Maps was my quit moment. Now in Settlers I decided to give it another go, and for some reason I didn't stop, got to red maps, and can't see myself dropping this game anytime soon.
Absolutely amazing video Ziz! really helpful especially because I am starting Toxic rain this league as well. Thank you for being such a big part of this community
I think the game is broken, especially what comes to be beginner friendlyness for those who just wants to play for fun and don't follow exactly some instructions. I made a lightening conduit elementalist, which worked pretty well in leveling, except some mistakes I made, by missing something powerful, but I was able to recover. Maybe 5 levels before I kill Kitawa, I felt particularly powerful and everything became walk in the park. All the monsters just exploded around me and with 5000 of armor, I felt pretty resilient too. Then something changed, and it felt my firepower was downgraded a decade. It seems that my ability to shock is very poor and also my armor is worth nothing. Every hit takes quarter from my life, and time to time, there are hits that just comes from somewhere, killing me with single shot, and I don't even know what they are. I used all my currencies to improve the items I have, but it didn't help. I can't complete heists, at least with anything valuable with me, because my character can't run through the hoard or even shoot when running. If I stop, something always kills me. I have completed some maps, but I'd need 1000x more currency for a good gear than I can get from a map, so this feels hopeless. Also, I don't even know what kills me so I could try to figure out what I need. I'd need some passive skill points to fix my tree, because I think I have put too much weight on the damage compared to ability to survive and been able to inflict that damage, but haven't seen a way to earn them. At least in my case, a sudden change was too big to be fun anymore.
It's the same problem I endured for about 3 character reruns. I maxed out my resistences, but it came at the cost of other stats that kept me from taking too much damage, there's no way to cover all bases, or enough bases without spreading your stats too thin. The only way to play this game with what the game gives you is to follow a guide... That's not a game, that's a fucking chore.
@@MartinB_Art_Design I did find a cure for some of my problems. Bastion of elements ascension skill was the key. It was reflected lightening damage which killed me in an instant without no notable source. It wasn't very obvious nor fun to figure it out. Now I'm again in a situation where I'm way too powerful and overleveled and try to figure out how to move on. I have completed dozens of tier 1-3 maps, without getting much of the useful stuff or currency to make anything. I'm at level 79 and can complete tier 6 unique maps if I happen to get one from Kirac, but from others, I get barely 1 or 2 chaos and same amount of chromatic orbs per run. Propably I get some penalties from being so overleveled, but it's difficult to know how to proceed into higher tiers. I kill everything on the map and get notification it's complete. Still only maybe 1 of 10 maps open a new position in atlas. I have tried to search from some tutorials if I'm again missing something, but typically they contain tips about things I like to figure out myself, but not overall description about the game and important choises or turning points. I have some good looking gear from unique maps, but I still need lots of currency before even start to think about crafting. Maybe after 30 or so maps, I have one divine orb, 15 chaos, 25 chromatic, 31 scouring and 36 fusing. Some say I'd need at least 200 divines to craft decent set. That's propably if you know exactly what to do, but crafting sounds quite complicated and one screw up can spoil everything.
Super useful video. I always wonder if I am doing all the necessary steps to properly transition from campaign to maps. Thank you very much, always very instructive. 👍
This is encouraging. I just got to maps and tried to follow a build….i have some stuff ready but damn im getting beat down…I gotta go slow from bottoms to top. I’ll try again later lol
Lol I just barely killed Kitava for the first time to finish the campaign before the new league start. I was wondering exactly what the end game is beyond the terms of maps and atlas that I know nothing about. Perfect timing Ziz, been watching all your vids to learn this crazy game.
The part about divcards in residence is not really accurate. The Dapper Prodigy does drop in the map, but it can not drop from the map at tier4! For this card to drop it NEED to be red map tier.
Anytime I see a ritual, metamorph or something extra to do in a map before I go back to my hideout - I put my portal scroll in a weird spot in my inventory so I don’t forget to do said mechanic. Saved me so many times
If i remember correct i think there is a plug in/script, that "saves" what for mechanics you have in the map, and makes an icon at the bottom. But no clue what it is called anymore.
Great information. I'd love to see a video about spell suppression. What is it? How does it work? How much do you need, and how do you reach that amount based on the side of the skill tree you're on.
Spell Suppression is fairly simple. It gives you a % chance to take half of spell damage, if you reach 100%, then you only talk 50% of all spell damage. Getting it from the tree and gear is super build specific and will always vary on what you are playing and what gear you're able to fit in your build. -Skryah
I belive ggg changed the Dapper prodigy drop level to 80, so you need to run T13+ maps to get it from every monster. Chains that bind should be farmable in lower tier maps.
I just started playing and man, you are one of the only creators who makes this game fun to learn about, everyone else is so monotone and fast. Thx for helping out the noobs like me!
I think the video was very helpful, you are definitely one of the most knowledgeable players in POE, I’m in Xbox and a new player, so the game for me right now is a huge learning curve. You asked if the video was too long or if we wanted them longer, tbh man I think I’d watch the video if it was 3 hours long and informative just be sure to add chapters so we can come back to certain points in the videos.
I finished Act 10 for the first time last night and started looking up what to do next on TH-cam. After watching these tutorial videos, I'm even more clueless than before!🤣🤣
Ziz, I appreciate you doing these with a genuine interest to help but for me as a brand new player, it's extremely difficult to follow what you're saying (as you're talking super fast for a new player, with 0 knowledge of the game) and also you showcase things in game with lightning speed as well..My suggestion, if you really want to help newbies, would be to go slower - think of a script before hand and cover the basics with a little more depth. Thanks for the content!
So I just moved to Poe from d4 just beat campaign now watching this to see what to do next. Curious tho when you’re going thru gear what do you look for so quickly to see if it’s good or bad?
So much content, probably you have talked about this somewhere. But i think with this Headline you will Adresse many Poe Players - myself included :)! Big thx Prof. Ziz 😊
reflects x physical damage, makes you receive less damage or is a copy of the damage like you receive a 200 damage and gave 100 damage reflect, you still receive the 200 but enemie receives 100?
Is some Wander build viable for start? Something that can do Bosses maybe Blight/Legion/Harvest ? Played Int Stacker flicker strike and its not bad but I prefer long range builds. Thank you 😇
Alright a nice video with beginner tips for starting the endgame! 1:24 oh you lost me already.... So uhm, how do you see so quickly that was a nice ring? How do you see which of your gear is nice and which needs replacing?
Running heists at lvl55+ helps a ton with acquiring early 5/6links, I league started RF jugg this league and ran a 6l self found heist rare drop int/str chain up to yellow maps which cost me literally 15 chromatics to get bbbgrr colors rolled. Same with Sanctum, I didnt buy a single 6l, despite playing SC I literally just found astral plates 6l worth easy 50C, 30% rs boots with life, double regen and flat armour... Heist is just op and if you need tons of offcolors play betrayal, vorici t4 research to easily get a few free white sockets without corruption
You killed Kitava in Act 10.... Now What? Now you play poe 2, because waypoints, linear progress, endless portals you can use to not die, are gone. Now you need maps, witch you can influence, you have 6 portals witch can bee used only once so no endless portal abuse, the change in game is so big you could consider it a other game, to me up to Kitava is poe 1, maps are poe 2 and the poe "2" is to me poe 3, the reduction of resistance is actually not that big, when comparing the other changes
I just started recently playing POE. Think i have 80 hours or so on my game and i play necromancer minion build something i made myself because i like pets and after killing kitava with -60 all res was quite an oof. Went straight to crafting res on all my gear lol. The highest map tier i did so far is 14. I dont know how high the tiers go even but im dodging damage hard because if i get CCd for even one second in a bad spot im so dead haha
sorry dumb question i stopped playing after kitava i was level 71 DeadEye because it was overwhelming for me to reincrease res and i didn't know what to do. that was to two season away so my question can i continue playing the same character or i must create a new one every new league ? Thanks
You can still access and play your old character in standard league. However, you will have to make a new character and start from scratch if you want to play the new league
Your old character and anything you had in your stash tabs has been moved to Standard League, which is the same as the rest of the game but without league-specific content like the new Crucible mechanic. If you want to participate in the new league, you will need to start over with a new character. But if you just want to pick up where you left off, Standard league is still a valid and fun way to play the game!
Hey Ziz. Any chance you could make a video focusing on how to do the transition in SSF from say T13 viable to being able to clear T16? That's an area that I'm usually struggling with, as in knowing what mechanics to interact with for what purpose. What your thought process is after reaching T12 maps and your plan for improving gear when you can't really rely on random drops or simple crafts anymore.
Thats where i always stall out too. Even when im not in ssf, i never have the patience for the farming/trading/crafting required to get over that hump.
i beat kitava for the first time and i missed the message in chat that tells me i lost resists, i stacked dmg and crit until tier 8 maps and then i looked at my defensive and i was at least -40% on everything, YIKES (yes i did die a lot)
9:30 thats WHY i make my own filter (80line anyone can modify) You simply type what YOu are looking for and rest you can hide or make it small for OCD players like me. I rather not pickup something small and meaningless, then playing knowing that there is hiden something...but what if its what im looking LOL .
Nothing wrong with uniques. You just have to be careful not to get trapped with them because they are often missing some vital stats. I've found a unique helmet that has given me crazy evasion and shield recharge. I never run out of mana. Challenge after act 10 is replacing that helm with resists/life, etc. Had the same problem with a unique belt that kind of locked me into the strength stats for a loooooong time before I was able to put together enough strength in other ways so I could equip a belt with more ideal stats for my build.

A little? This game is way too convoluted at this point, hopefully they dont let poe 2 build up bloat like this
I just completed act 10 following a guide & my brain has kinda exploded after looking into maps 🤯 so much to learn .
Have fun! My 2nd league is where I really popped off
You are racing man.
@@Surr3alD3sign
Thanks for jumping in and explaining things a bit more.
this is bait it has to be
RF is a pretty laid back build though. Toxic rain and explosive arrow might be more up your alley and ziz has guides for both of those. Or you could try out your own build.
No need to force yourself if you're not having fun though, plenty of other games out there.
I quit twice around act 6 and 7 before getting through it all a 3rd time.
The end game content is more fun, especially if your build works
This video was exactly what I was searching for 🙏 just finished story with my first character and finding it hard to gear up.
I would love to see a longer video with more in deept info 👍
Damn this made me realise how much I know nothing.
I've been farming maps but could not get much higher than T3 map right now.
Thought this video would help, but understood nothing.
I will have to get used to some of the systems a little more before coming back here!
Thank you and your team for all high quality videos. They help a looot.
Just finished act 10 and decided to check out this video to see how I can start the end game, Didnt even understand 75% of what you said.
That amulet recipe is new to me, can't believe I didn't know that until now! This should make my life at least a little bit easier. Thanks Ziz!
Just follow his guide to the tee
Would be nice to see an endgame uber bosses / wave 30 / feared etc showcase with TR PF. Or a list of builds to branch from TR to kill uber endgame
This is encouraging. I just got to maps and tried to follow a build….i have some stuff ready but damn im getting beat down…I gotta go slow from bottoms to top. I’ll try again later lol
Love these videos for beginners! These should be even longer and more in-depth!
I agree as a new player this was all easy to grasp, needs more details
Lol I just barely killed Kitava for the first time to finish the campaign before the new league start. I was wondering exactly what the end game is beyond the terms of maps and atlas that I know nothing about. Perfect timing Ziz, been watching all your vids to learn this crazy game.
There are multiple end game bosses to hunt down in th3 atlas
The part about divcards in residence is not really accurate. The Dapper Prodigy does drop in the map, but it can not drop from the map at tier4! For this card to drop it NEED to be red map tier.
So many tips per min it's pretty insane. Very useful thank you !
-Skryah
I'll never turn an offer for more Ziz videos down! Love your content, thanks Ziz!
man the brain processing speed of these guys when crafting compared to the average n00b player is bat sht insane XD
I started my first league this patch and just finished act 10! This video is very helpful, but i dont understand still a lot of the terms atm 😅
Is there a site or archive with a search function for all ingredients?
This was super helpful ty!
I belive ggg changed the Dapper prodigy drop level to 80, so you need to run T13+ maps to get it from every monster. Chains that bind should be farmable in lower tier maps.
That was nice video. Need to be continued :D
Maybe someone else mentioned this, but Humility drop rates were lowered so if you're trying to get that know that it may take longer.
Great video. I just wish you had timestamps for each tip or category of tips.
Yesterday I was training for league start. Dropped a clean 6-link Astral Plate in lab. And that is why you should not train league start.
I finished Act 10 for the first time last night and started looking up what to do next on TH-cam. After watching these tutorial videos, I'm even more clueless than before!🤣🤣
Which auras you have active atm? Malevolence, Haste and the other one?
Thanks for the video, it was helpful.
Wish there was a special made loot filter for this build, especially calling out shortbows and quivers
Hot dog! This video had so much useful info, thanks.
Usually when I kill Kitava in act 10 I start a new character
what, why
POE starts after campaign. Campaign is only prolog to the game. It means you have no idea how game looks like.
Isnt Dapper Prodigy ilvl locked?
probably a stupid question but should I over level say to 72 before or after the final Kitava kill?
Yes
Stash some gear before kitava so u r not affected by res penalty
As a pathological hoarder I feel I was called out 😛As a total newbie (started 3/4 crucible league was done) and appreciate this video a lot.
So much content, probably you have talked about this somewhere. But i think with this Headline you will Adresse many Poe Players - myself included :)!
Big thx Prof. Ziz 😊
Useless video for someone just starting out. talking so fast and explaining nothing.
Do you keep pressing the buttons for the flasks? I can't get mine to auto use...
you need to instill them with a trigger to have them work automatically
@@drask1988I found the recipe on the enchant table is that it? I don't have the currency though!
10/10 intro lmao
Was on the fence… but subscribed solely due to that intro ^.^
PoE has officially become Farmville with wizards.
reflects x physical damage, makes you receive less damage or is a copy of the damage like you receive a 200 damage and gave 100 damage reflect, you still receive the 200 but enemie receives 100?
This game is so fuckiny complicated man
Is some Wander build viable for start? Something that can do Bosses maybe Blight/Legion/Harvest ? Played Int Stacker flicker strike and its not bad but I prefer long range builds. Thank you 😇
5:45 nice....nice
I have 400hrs in this game and i still dont really know whats a good or bad item on first sight....
Haven't played in a few leagues so Karui is new to me. I was so confused thinking I missed a step 😂 😅
I have 900 hours in poe... you said this video is for people new to the endgame and I am still like "yup that's me".
that a usefull video thank you ZIZ :)
i was like lv75+ before i finished my campaign.
i can literally never find the exits and have to clear the whole map most of the time
Alright a nice video with beginner tips for starting the endgame! 1:24 oh you lost me already.... So uhm, how do you see so quickly that was a nice ring? How do you see which of your gear is nice and which needs replacing?
I'm now even more overwhelmed lmao
Great video, thanks
Now you need maps, witch you can influence, you have 6 portals witch can bee used only once so no endless portal abuse, the change in game is so big you could consider it a other game, to me up to Kitava is poe 1, maps are poe 2 and the poe "2" is to me poe 3, the reduction of resistance is actually not that big, when comparing the other changes
is the recipe for mov speed still a thing? guess you forget to mention that
I have -52% chaos resistance and don't know how to get items that increase it. I literally can't play the endgame 😢
Watching these videos is like trying to learn programming through Morse code. Some of it makes sense but others makes me like what
pro tip for anyone that has a hard time keeping up, watch in 0.5 speed.
I just started recently playing POE. Think i have 80 hours or so on my game and i play necromancer minion build something i made myself because i like pets and after killing kitava with -60 all res was quite an oof. Went straight to crafting res on all my gear lol.
The highest map tier i did so far is 14. I dont know how high the tiers go even but im dodging damage hard because if i get CCd for even one second in a bad spot im so dead haha
sorry dumb question
i stopped playing after kitava i was level 71 DeadEye because it was overwhelming for me to reincrease res and i didn't know what to do. that was to two season away
so my question can i continue playing the same character or i must create a new one every new league ? Thanks
You can still access and play your old character in standard league. However, you will have to make a new character and start from scratch if you want to play the new league
Thank you so much for responding
sooo the old character is not viable for the new league at all right ?
Your old character and anything you had in your stash tabs has been moved to Standard League, which is the same as the rest of the game but without league-specific content like the new Crucible mechanic. If you want to participate in the new league, you will need to start over with a new character. But if you just want to pick up where you left off, Standard league is still a valid and fun way to play the game!
@@kirascendant ahaa thanks for the explanation !
Wait, killing Kitava permanently reduces your reissts no matter where you go????
how does he identify items without right clicking into it?
I'm ready for d4...4k plus hours in PoE, had a blast, but its time.
Must be playing ruthless with that helm your using in the thumbnail.
i beat kitava for the first time and i missed the message in chat that tells me i lost resists, i stacked dmg and crit until tier 8 maps and then i looked at my defensive and i was at least -40% on everything, YIKES (yes i did die a lot)
9:30 thats WHY i make my own filter (80line anyone can modify) You simply type what YOu are looking for and rest you can hide or make it small for OCD players like me. I rather not pickup something small and meaningless, then playing knowing that there is hiden something...but what if its what im looking LOL .
ive been apart of the poe community for almost 6 years and never! did i know /passives was a thing
I played 2-3 leagues and I still don't know a lot of the bare minimum basics 😢
I want to start the game with this new season. After watching this my brain hurts a lot.
isnt dapper prodigy itemlvl 80+ drop only think it only works on t13+?
How to make 6 sockets into an item like armour?
im in act 7 and nearly half my equipped items are uniques. am i doing something wrong?
Nothing wrong with uniques. You just have to be careful not to get trapped with them because they are often missing some vital stats.
I've found a unique helmet that has given me crazy evasion and shield recharge. I never run out of mana.
Challenge after act 10 is replacing that helm with resists/life, etc. Had the same problem with a unique belt that kind of locked me into the strength stats for a loooooong time before I was able to put together enough strength in other ways so I could equip a belt with more ideal stats for my build.
Just what I needed Im very new to the game (53 hours) definitely will be trying end game this league
