    Patina is for people who can't paint.
    I grew up with patina but we called it "can't afford a body job".
    But since you are looking to flip it.. that might be a big selling point with the hipsters. ;)

    Cool truck, if it was me I'd want it to be able to keep up with modern traffic, so maybe a modern dually chassis swap. The cab looks really solid compared to most rescues, I'm sure you'll work out where the value is in this one. Looking forward to more content on it.

    I have a rebuilt 1962 engine. Pulled it out of a fuel truck that I cut the cab off and use frame and tank on farm as a fuel wagon.

      Just think what that platform is capable of with more cubic inches! LOL
      That is if the governed carburetors are swapped off of them. There v8 gas engines are smaller than some of those old L6 engine they use to make.
      That info I C and P-ed is from Wikipedia so it might be off? LOL

    What l like about you Jeson you are honest with your viewers you tell them everything's about the registration cost and when it's expired and the cost of the car and parts and the respect of the owner privacy . it's different than different you tubers. I see a lot of videos and most of them never tell you all the details when you buy cars or the cost of fixing and the profits. I really like the truck and if l was you l will keep the engine and rebuilt it and seal it and change all the wires and paint or get Jeep Cherokee engine 4.0 with transmission because its straight 6 because it will fit easy also long stepside bed will look nice or flat bed it's cheaper if you going to sell it for profit .
    congrats on the new project and l can't wait for the new video.

    That's a sweet truck, if I had the cash in my hand, I'd be off to get it,
    Flatbed/rollback with a 12v winch
    I think this rig is already shown how tough and reliable it is, mpg may vary

      @@glennnickerson8438 Well I must say that I haven't seen them actually on the physical shore.. ;) But being from the South Shore of the province (and less than a mile from the rocks of the shore) those little furry things are always under foot.
      There certainly are a large number of Nickersons around this area! I'm sure that I know some of your relatives. A hardy bunch, indeed. :)
