Hi Martin, Great video ! Thanks a lot, it's always good to know what you have to expected before you attempt it ^^ I know what to do next week :-). Meven
Hi there, I noticed in the comment section you said the subframe doesn't need to be removed? Can please ask how you get ascess to the bottom bolts without remvoing the sub? I've got all the bolts I can from the top now and now need to remove the bottom ones. Do I go at them from around the wheel arches or something because I can see no access from underneath the van without removing the subframe. Mines a 2010 vivaro thank you, john
Got under the van today and just as you said the access was fine and managed to change the turbo 👍👍 Old turbo seems fine and unfortunately the new one is doing exactly the same as the old one (Spiting oil out the compressed air side into the intercooler.) I'm thinking maybe a problem with oil return pipe and after that I'm at a loss. Just changed the diaphragm in the PCV valve and that's working fine so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated . Thank you, John
replacement is new. not checked oil return yet. can they be unbocked easy or do they need removing and replacing? I noticed you said in your video the gromit brakes very easy so I will look and see if i can find one online. thanks again for the top help mate, much appreciated 👍👍@@southwalesinjectorremovals8932

Your vans shafted you silly sausage just get out there and whip the subframe chore
You just need a long extension bar or take the intake manifold off
cheers mate 👍👍@@southwalesinjectorremovals8932
What about the subframe ?
No on 2007 -2011 they can be taken off from the top. 2012 onwards they're taken off from the bottom rear.

Is the replacement second hand. Also have you checked if the oil return pipe is blocked
