loved this! So happy you went to the Pilates studio, it’s closer to your apartment than some may think 😂 (thank you for letting us watch the window replacement, it was very entertaining) ❤ Glad you got everything sorted too! So excited for an apartment tour xx I am intrigued about the parts of the medical exam you were unsure about…
My mandarin isn't nearly fluent enough to work in a different sector that's still part of the local community so it made sense 😆 Hope you follow along for more but if not thanks for being here and supporting this video!
@@HelsBelsAbroad Just subbed. So I will be able to follow your journey and adventures in China. (I was born there. Came to US at 9. Now 49. Never been back, but missing it terribly. Will finally look into visiting now that my kids are nearly off to college and I’m retired and can go there for long trips )
@@RetireearlyNYC That sounds like a great idea! I'm sure so much has changed since you were last here and you'll have an amazing time if you can visit and travel around a bit with the extra time off!
@@HelsBelsAbroad have fun! Wish I could teach there. My wife and I have talked about it. But at 49 (retired), with 2 teens almost both in college, we can only possibly do 1/2 year stints. And I know they want 1 year contracts.
@@RetireearlyNYC I think there might be some shorter/negotiable contracts out there (possibly part-time positions are universities or something) but these would definitely be trickier to find. Have you thought about possibly getting set up tutoring online and maybe moving around for stints while you do that instead? This would be more easygoing working hours-wise as well if you're retired already and looking for more of a part-time gig. Not that I have any experience with these options though... just some thoughts from doing my own research before I moved here.
I'm currently just teaching English as a foreign language (I did a TEFL course prior to moving here like so many other people do), but I have a BSc and MSc in other subjects so who knows what my future in teaching holds!
She’s adventuring 🙌🏻🙌🏻 (and having ominous medical tests)

Let's just say for one test I was less clothed than I thought I would be...
A new words section would be fab each week! The velvet hangers are a must. Loving this series 😊
For sure! Hopefully the channel will grow into having Chinese subs or words when I've had some more practice myself!
Great sharing.
Thank you for watching!

Gorgeous city! And it’s only tier 3 lol.
Yeah, it's crazy how large a tier-3 city is here?? I can only imagine what the other tiers will be like if it's already this great here in the middle.
