    That’s 100% correct. Pulled 425 yesterday without a belt, chalk or grip straps. Easy schmeezy. Not too shabby for 64. Personal best. Following many of the tips learned from you guys.

      Hell yeah man. I didn't walk for 4 months, pulled 755 a year later ( once I walked again, back surgery is a bitch). Gotta stay with it.

    Participation Rewards=preparation to be prey. I left team sports early on in life as well for the exact reasons JM mentions(even though you could say wrestling is a team sport). If I lose or win that's on me and my opponent (the other grappler, lifter, or myself). Good talk.
