Love those underspins! I could feel the frustration not being able to keep them lol. Crappie and big bluegill go home 😆. Only time big bluegill don’t get eaten at our house is when we’re feeding them to a big catfish
Yeah, I watched your new video a couple of days ago you was using an underspin Also those things are hard to beat but yeah it kind of made me sick to let all those go. I didn’t really expect to find any, but I’m still glad I did.
Crappie spawn around here about May 5, give or take a few days. Bluegill spawn in early June. Our lakes are so clear that artificials are difficult to get to work. Crappie will follow the bait and then give up. Gotta use minnows and redworms to be effective for the panfish. Looking forward to Spring as our Winter ice fishing was terrible with the warmer weather killing the ice early. I'd move South but momma says no. She hates heat and humidity. You did a terrific job on those white crappie.
I think they’re going to get fired up this month. We have a full moon around the 21st or the 22nd. I’ll be out there on the 21st hopefully we can get into them
I caught a 22lb channel last Sunday on a redear with a #9 circle hook in the deep spot, talk about excitement when we were supposed to be chasing the blue gills
Hey, we ran into each other at the lake today, and man, was it exciting to be able to meet you. Me and my dad always watch your channel, and i always told my dad i really hope i run into this guy. And that is what happened today. It was really nice to be able to meet you. And hopefully, you had better luck than me, lol. I didn't even get a single bite.

@@JSOutdoors we use them majority of the time for crappie unless we’re vertical jigging. I need to use bobber and jig more when it’s a slow bite

most of our lakes here aren’t very clear that I fish anyway, but it’s pretty tough either way to beat red worms when it comes to sunfish
