He mentioned 4 years from start to finish---A few miles south in 3 Arch Bay--Laguna Beach a couple spent 7 years building an 8 thousand sq ft home---The Design Review Board in Laguna paired with the Coastal Commission are impossible to work with---As desirable as Laguna is The thought of buying an empty lot anywhere (If you can find one) and building from scratch is fool hearty for anyone
