- I’m reviewing the Tal Stainless Steel Basin water bottle. I’ll let you know what I like and what I don’t like about it. How does it compare to my other insulated cups?

The mug you have may be defective because I have a tal 40 ounce one too and it keeps my drinks cold for over 24 hours.

I got that same jug at home also from Walmart. Mine looks like a pink-purpley sky swirls very pretty, mine I got it in special for about $8.95
-I like yours design too.
I never see any ice either on mine because I go through 2x of water.
I purchased the first TAL Basin (Cactus designed) that was sold at Walmart...and yes it keeps my ice frozen and water extremely cold. I purchased another basin in all black a year later.... and it did not keep my ice from melting for just a few hours. I could tell by the way it felt that something was different from my original one. So I returned it right away.
So I’m not the only one. I feel like it’s so hot and miss. I’ve never experienced anything like it.

Girl I have the the 40oz Tal water bottle it’s a grey one from Walmart and it keeps my water ICE COLDDD even my boyfriend I bought him the biggest tal bottle and he works outside in 43 degree weather and at the end of his 12 hour day the ice is still there and the water is freezing cold
I actually bought another color of this style and have had a different experience than with the first one. I think I got a defective one the first time.

I have tried other Tal products since this video.
I had the exact same experience as you! Such a cute pattern, but it absolutely does not keep drink cold long enough. Ice melts and it sweats. :(
It seems to be hit or miss. I have two others that work perfectly. I haven’t seen any for this year yet.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to try all of the available options, but I could look into trying a different product by TAL.
Mine starts to sweat like fews days now,i have it only few months now Tal 40 oz watermelon 🍉 print sad😢.
Tal has always been hit or miss for me. I think there are other insulated bottles better than this one.

I have other Tal products and I don't, have any issues..... maybe you have a dud, my tals work like hydro flask or yetties
I purchased the same one just in a different print and it works completely different than this one.
I bought mine on 8/12/21 & I've had my bottle now for 5 months & the inside is starting to RUST also my wife's bottle is starting to do the same thing I e-mailed the company but it's been one week with no reply
Definitely don’t give up on contacting them. That’s unreal. I’ve had two for a few years (not this one) now that I use constantly & never experienced rust, especially not on the inside.
@@LauraGarza. yea I'm gonna keep trying to get my issue fixed as I do like the bottle it really does keep things very cold for longer then 24hrs it keep ice in there for a long time & that I like even during the summer here in California when it gets up to 112 & I'm in the sun all day it's just starting to get little RUST spots in the bottom not sure why but I know it shouldn't be doing that but I'll keep up on trying to get a HOLD of the company & see what happens & thank you for response I'll keep you posted on how it goes have a safe new yrs & stay safe Dear

It is also a 40 oz but it has no handle. I have 2 of them and they are my favorite things to drink water from.
The more I’m looking into this, the more I think I got a defective one.
Dang it sucks buying something defective...
It really does but I’m trying to use it as a learning experience.
If your tumbler is cold and sweating, you insulation is messed up and you need a new one
Yes, the second one I purchased is better insulated.
I have a smaller water bottles from the same company
It keeps ice overnight and throughout most of the next day
I've also had it for almost a year and it's beat all to hell
So I think your product might be defective
Yes, I think that one was defective. I’ve since ordered another one and had a different experience.

Yes, I’ve seen their mint color products.
I think you got a bad apple. I have this one in different color and it doesn’t sweat and keeps it cold. Same with the 20oz.
I definitely agree. I bought one last year and I’m still using it today.

Me too. The thing that gets me with Tal are their designs. They’re always so colorful and remind me of Summer.

Very very much likely cold and colder is going to be very hot helping helpfully keep in drinking stays in cold Beverages and it is not going to be smelling and you switched to all

I don’t think I wasted time or money because buying a second one gave me more info to share with everyone. I also had family asking me about them and didn’t want them buying a product which I didn’t have a good experience with when I’ve been using insulated cups for a while now.
