Mathematically, only drug dealers, celebrities, athletes, and wealthy business owner can afford this house.
This house is relatively cheap in Jamaica because of the area it is located, Mind you there are mansions in upper St Andrew that are in the region of US$10-15 Million. Salary explorer is not very accurate. To say a Medical Doctor is making US$20,000 per year is insulting.

A very nice house, like most of the layout..except in the kitchen. He put the cooker too close to the tall cupboard.. Everything else is crisp.. everyman must look to own his own castle. Excellent video. 😊 🌺
We at AUTHENTIC BUILDING SYSTEM LTD did the Aluminum seamless rain water gutter in brown we still have the garage door to install in brown as well...the windows and doors are reflective super nice property....big up the contractor.....n big up smith best build for finding this property,hope you get a video of the 3rd house....

The cost of housing in Jamaica seems to outpace the cost of housing in the U.S. Americans are moving towards tiny homes and becoming minimalist because of housing prices and inflation. Jamaica, it seems, is moving in the opposite direction, mini and maxi mansions with lots of furniture. I'm moving back next year, but definitely want something smaller like a cottage or bungalow. I see losts of swimming poolis in all he developments but no tennis courts.
The price is very very right, I see board houses selling in the USA for much higher price. This is quality house I. Jamaica made out of steel and co- ncrete plus it's near the Ocean. Should be for a much higher price. Jamaica Blest. God bless you builders.

I can show you a 2 bedroom house in NYC that goes for $3 million U.S. and if you take that exact house and put it in, say Fort Lauderdale, you would barely get $1/2 million U.S for it. Why is that so??

The Jamaican builders must start pushing the perimeter of the ghettos downtown. Downtown Kingston must be attacked vertically, though. I know the Jamaican government has a very important role to play in the effort. Crime, especially murder must be arrested now.
Nice home however, I don’t like the kitchen too dark I’d prefer if it was more open to the dining room. Hate the dining very ugly. Master bedroom way too small for the size. Love the fact that the house is just one neutral color inside out And the turquoise they used on the wall really works. Powder room really modern and posh at the same time. I think the pool is too standard tho could be better designed. Overall it’s a lovely home and the price really works with the quality home your getting so 👏🏾

Architecture of the house is very good. Neatly done (in terms of the layout of the rooms). The finishes are really good as well.
