For those who are surprised about the location let me tell you this, mandeville have some of the biggest and most beautiful houses in Jamaica period
A true that.
In Mandeville, you’ll see several of these homes. This is one is older, seeing the decor. But the home is absolutely breathtaking. If you take a drive in the areas near to the town you’ll be overwhelmed with these beauties. However take a long drive around Manchester and you’ll be surprised as the homes there are ubiquitous and unbelievably beautiful with modern appointments.

This house is a masterpiece from the exterior landscaping to the interior design and finishing, furniture and fixtures as well. Who was the builder? He did an amazing job!!!!!
The Stars of this Creation...are the Groundsmen..Housekeepers and Painters.....hope they are being paid more than minimun wage!
Honestly if I owned this I would just sit outside and look at it all day 🤗Its just scrumptious, phenomenal. Oh yea and I would be feeding my face from the garden😂.

As a chef, that out side kitchen is to die for. Love every aspect of this beautiful home. Just leave me out side let me enjoy nature at it's best.

Extremely good presentation. It's got an old English stately home mixed with a French chateau and a Beverly Hills mansion vibe to it. A high end business would definitely suit this property and surrounding grounds.

The verandahs are beautiful with those massive columns and banisters. Not to mention the millwork throughout. I think the interior design could be updated in some parts but the overall architecture and landscape makes up for that by far. Overall a truly luxurious look and I know for sure how nicely refreshing that Mandeville breeze is.

The outside of the property is absolutely beautiful. Inside, the first level is super nice, wasn’t so much of a big fan of the rooms and it’s decor but I think the buyer will add their touch to make it work. Lastly, the list price is a bit reaching.

One word palacious , very well appointment, with keen attention to intricate details. It's very conservative in design, and could do with some modern updates, to include a home theatre. My only concern is the price point, as a usual cost accounting not getting up to US$3.5 million

This is an amazing property in a highly desirable location, and it continues to highlight the expansive bandwidth and diversity available in the Jamaican real estate market space. This could easily be the residence of diplomats or expats, perhaps even a rejuvenation centre for a corporate entity, or a high-end bed and breakfast. The possibilities are endless. With the planned completion of the highway from Kingston, connectivity and travel time will not be a challenge whatsoever. All in all, a great presentation and easily the best property featured on this channel, which says a lot.

This is an amazing home. It's breathtaking. I am an orchid lover a d I love seeing those orchid.
I believe the homeowners hired an Interior Designer or they have a great sense for Interior Designing. The furnishings are brand name and they align with the Architectural Design of the home. They spent a lot of money on those mahogany staircase & wood finishes including the floors.
I was surprised that the price was only 3.5 million but I guess it is based on recent comps & Sold homes near by. If that same house was located 10 minutes from the beach in Naples, Florida it could easily sell for a minimum of $7 million to $10 million dollars.
