I'll just say, it's not what you can see that makes this house valuable, it what you don't: you don't see any security grills/bars at the window or doors; you don't see any dudes just hanging out on the corner, watching everybody's business; you don't see any kids playing with milk box toys in the street or people arguing; you don't see any random fights or commotion with groups of people chasing behind creating alot of excitement and screaming how scheme nice and full of vibes. Thanks for the update. Beautiful house but it's a hit and miss in some locations, like the architect was all over the place. A lot of missed opportunities and wasted space that could have put that house over the top if thought out properly. But as you said use different locations as inspiration to make the perfect house.

AWESOME, quite easily the most IMPRESSIVE house I've seen in Jamaica. Ismash need to step up his game for knowledge of accessories (such as Bidet, lol), esp since he's into construction.

Although there are many wealthy white neighborhoods all across America, I wouldn't say that most white neighborhoods have a house that large with as many amenities.
This house is so big and ugly it just doesn't have any style about it u can't even walk around the swimming pool and look at the ocean view and inside the house is too dark u have to use too much electricity
The columns at the entrance look like concrete. Marble or limestone columns would make the house look more expensive. I didn't like the echo sound around the house either. It is the sound you get in breeze block houses. Also most expensive houses in Jamaica have unimpressive interiors.
Open the curtains when your showing these houses it too dark cant see nothing columns are horrible colour green of house is horrible. Put on the light or open the curtains too dark dark
