    Here is another tip: STOP consuming industrially processed seed oils: for example, vegetable, margarine, canola, corn, cotton, soy, safflower, peanut etc.
    Good oils. Animal oils (100% grass fed, wild caught, pasture raised) organic olive oil, organic butter, cook with organic avocado oil.
    Also if you eat chocolate keep in mind you are taking in Lead and Cadmium. Eat broccoli to help detox your body of heavy metals. Broccoli is the gene whisperer. Broccoli tells your genes to make a specific proteins to encapsulate heavy metals, so that they may be peed out.
    If that is not divine I don’t know what is! Here is another amazing fact: Mitochondria, the organelles in every cell that produces energy from your food has their own DNA and are able to replicate irrespective of cellular replication. That is a cell may have, for example, 100 mitochondria on day and the next day that same cell has 200 mitochondria 🧐 - more divine intelligence!

    My Yugoslavian grandmother used to make Pumpkin soup. It used the pumpkin,she grated it like a squash. The soup was a cream style, similar to a cream of potato but much more flavorful. Not like the pumpkin flavor we have in many fall items, not sweet not nutmeg. Savory soup.

  • @memine4385

    There are statements made in this video that are ridiculous. I work for a state agency that teaches people with vision loss to remain independent. Many of my co-workers are blind. They have masters degrees and do everything on their computers and mobile phones that I, as a sighted person, do. They own their own homes, live alone, cook for themselves, do their laundry and all of the other common daily activities that the rest of us without vision loss do. Please stop saying that people can't be independent, work or take their own medication if they can't see. That would be really offensive to intelligent, independent blind people.

    • @medicinalpurposes4860
      @medicinalpurposes4860 19 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Of course people are capable of doing great things with vision loss. But why take offense at the advice given by the doctor? MOST people would rather preserve their vision rather than be faced with the daunting task of adapting their ENTIRE lives from that loss; ESPECIALLY having to deal with it at that stage of life!

      Yes, commercially produced edible sweetened chocolate is not meant to be ingested often. I think the recommendation for chocolate is hype to get on the good side of consumers. Probably the amount that is healthy is so minute that one would have to eat way too much of it to get a benefit.
      It's hard on the gastro system for one. There are better food choices.
