The show's decline was gradually. It did not just suddenly get bad in Season 4. I enjoy Seasons 4 and 5 just as much as 1-3. Season 6 is where it became more noticeable but I think it truly lost it's touch in Season 10 when they began being more wacky. So I'm not one of those fans that say only Seasons 1-3 are great. When I was first watching SpongeBob Seasons 5 and 6 were literally brand new.

I think what made og patrick so much better was that he had other characters to bounce off of, like in the shrink ray clip, he had spongebob to try to reel him in; in the wallet clip, he had manray to be a victim of his harmless antics before giving us slapstick as he gives patrick a comeuppance. Nowadays it's just patrick acting on his own at best, him being an outright jerk to the person unfortunate to share a scene with him at worst.

(like in F.U.N. and that one movie/special whatever it was tho i barely remember that) ALSO like, we kinda do get a glimpse of a successful chum bucket in that one episode, forgot the name but the one where plankton gets squidward to work at the chum bucket instead of the krusty krab (though from what i remember squidwards mom came and ruined it so-)

She's adopted I think which, sure I guess?? She's not bad but she has the same problem with the other new casts of the Spongebob shows which is being incredibly boring and one dimensional (i.e. Narlene, Rube, Slappy, etc)
My opinions on this show are very divided, for a while I considered it better than Kamp Koral, but going back to see it I feel that Kamp Koral is more consistent than this series, there is in fact potential in this series and Patrick is a character that in fact It could work on its own and it has been shown in some episodes of the main show, however in this show it doesn't take advantage of that and they resort to a lot of random and gross humor that even Modern Spongebob doesn't exaggerate. Good video!, I see that you took the time to be able to analyze each episode of the show so far from worst to best, your video wasn't just destroying the show, if not what you talked about both the positive and the negative.
Yeah I think Kamp Koral was kind of doomed from the start while The Patrick Star Show just has so much to offer that they are not taking advantage off. Being a lesser modern Spongebob clone isn’t what this show should be. Thank you very much!

I mean if you make a spin off you could also create some completely new characters and just use the already existing world. I mean most people who grew up with SpongeBob are now adults. They could make a TV show about Neptune’s castle or a bigger city with a darker atmosphere or more adult content instead of focusing on SpongeBob.
This video is probably the only way to enjoy the Patrick Star Show. IDK, I haven't seen it. The way AWE presents it and showcases the faults, such as excessive examples of contradictions, lack of plots, lack of focus, anarchisms, etc. etc., I almost feel as if the entire show is like one big meta joke that was conceived by Patrick himself. Like, in universe, present or post-day, Patrick wanted to make a show about a younger version of himself and his family and friends, or, dareisay, a spinoff the show he acts in. Maybe Spongebob Squarepants is an older successful TV show in the universe of the Patrick Star show and he wanted to make a show about his character, but couldn't keep shit straight. It would explain why he knows the first episode of Spongebob and the themesong. Or why Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy have a different backstory. It probably would or wouldn't explain why he has a different family, unless the world of Spongebob is supposed to be the real world and TPSS is a show-within-a-show kind of thing as opposed to the show-within-a-show-within-a-show-alongside-a-show concept I've established. I dunno, it feels like it's uncanon within the canon kind of thing that's converting my brain into something like Patrick's while I think about it.

While I don’t think most of those episodes are premovie level I like them all. Krusty Towers is probably the only post movie episode on par with the golden age in forms of comedy. Spy Buddies is one of my favorite post movie episodes as well but I will say it definitely feels like a post movie episode. Roller Cowards, Have You Seen This Snail and Krusty Towers all have very strong stories but none of them feels close to premovie in my opinion.

My opinions on this show are very divided, for a while I considered it better than Kamp Koral, but going back to see it I feel that Kamp Koral is more consistent than this series, there is in fact potential in this series and Patrick is a character that in fact It could work on its own and it has been shown in some episodes of the main show, however in this show it doesn't take advantage of that and they resort to a lot of random and gross humor that even Modern Spongebob doesn't exaggerate.
Good video!, I see that you took the time to be able to analyze each episode of the show so far from worst to best, your video wasn't just destroying the show, if not what you talked about both the positive and the negative.
Yeah I think Kamp Koral was kind of doomed from the start while The Patrick Star Show just has so much to offer that they are not taking advantage off. Being a lesser modern Spongebob clone isn’t what this show should be. Thank you very much!

I watched this show before and it is easily one of the worst shows I have ever watched. This show is literately about nothing.
I mean if you make a spin off you could also create some completely new characters and just use the already existing world. I mean most people who grew up with SpongeBob are now adults. They could make a TV show about Neptune’s castle or a bigger city with a darker atmosphere or more adult content instead of focusing on SpongeBob.

This video is probably the only way to enjoy the Patrick Star Show. IDK, I haven't seen it.
The way AWE presents it and showcases the faults, such as excessive examples of contradictions, lack of plots, lack of focus, anarchisms, etc. etc., I almost feel as if the entire show is like one big meta joke that was conceived by Patrick himself. Like, in universe, present or post-day, Patrick wanted to make a show about a younger version of himself and his family and friends, or, dareisay, a spinoff the show he acts in. Maybe Spongebob Squarepants is an older successful TV show in the universe of the Patrick Star show and he wanted to make a show about his character, but couldn't keep shit straight. It would explain why he knows the first episode of Spongebob and the themesong. Or why Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy have a different backstory.
It probably would or wouldn't explain why he has a different family, unless the world of Spongebob is supposed to be the real world and TPSS is a show-within-a-show kind of thing as opposed to the show-within-a-show-within-a-show-alongside-a-show concept I've established. I dunno, it feels like it's uncanon within the canon kind of thing that's converting my brain into something like Patrick's while I think about it.
People keep saying it got better in like Season 2 or something.

While I don’t think most of those episodes are premovie level I like them all. Krusty Towers is probably the only post movie episode on par with the golden age in forms of comedy. Spy Buddies is one of my favorite post movie episodes as well but I will say it definitely feels like a post movie episode. Roller Cowards, Have You Seen This Snail and Krusty Towers all have very strong stories but none of them feels close to premovie in my opinion.
