Cartoons of the past had real imagination. Cartoons of the past touched on fantasy, Sci Fi, etc, etc, as cheesy as some of them were they had heart. Animation now is so weak it's only about selling toys and merch. Yes I know alot of the cartoons of the past were made for merchandise only but still there was a sense of pride in a lot of them. Cartoons have no soul anymore.
There wasn't even any merchandise for this show. This was the 1970s, before the half-hour toy commercials took hold in the 1980s. Edit: Oh, apparently there *was* some merchandise. They were made after the show, though, rather than the show being based on the toys.
So then infinite bigness DOES coexist along with infinite smallness. Just take an asymptotic line and extend it out... but the proof is in that ring!!!
If you mean Overlord, he and Skeletor have the same voice actor. Alan Oppenheimer did a lot of voices for Filmation (including three regular voices for He-Man alone, four if you count Cringer and Battle-Cat as separate characters, with Man-At-Arms being the last).
Core memory unlocked. Thanks.
Fun times Me sitting in front of the tv eating my Alpha Bits cereal watching Blackstar and Thundarr and Herculoids. Doesn't seem long ago
never happened
Ikr… those were the days.😊

@zazelby Yes there were. The toys for this show came out in 1983.
So this is basically planet of the apes, mixed with buck rogers, mixed with he-man. Cool!
It was one of my favorites
Cartoon heaven
Proto He-Man, but I don't know why but He-Man has more iconic designs. Though, this gets closer to Conan.
Plus proto Bravestarr too!
Esse desenho foi tão legal gostei muito
that blue robot is a joke right? look at the way he walks lol.
A little stiff
I’m sure most living statue monsters are very graceful.
Cool!!
Ufxk Yeah one of my favorites.

Sumaro walks like an obstinate toddler. #🍼
Knock-off Shogun Warrior
Possible final episode???
what's with her hand?
Definitely a mystery
Maybe the ring gives power but corrupts the hand wielding it
bowl of cereal and 1 tea spoon of sugar and ritual tv schedule memorization to get maximum Saturday action
