- So you want an outdoor kitchen and you want to know how much it cost? I shopped these and they are expensive! I'm going to show you its way cheaper to DIY then buying a kit or prebuilt by the thousands! This is a more detailed video and I break down the cost. Comment if you made one and how much it cost!

Good but not enough detail, but it was pretty good!
Thanks for watching! I battle with myself on either being too detailed and boring people and just showing how it’s done. Thanks for the feedback either way!
Great Job !!!!!
Thank you for watching!
Solid work💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
I appreciate it thanks for coming through and helping!
Wow great work. I’m looking to do mines as well. I kind of scared lol. You have a new sub for sure.
Thank you! If it's something you are definitely going to take on map it out. I sketched mine out in inches for each section. Feel free to ask questions. Thanks for watching and subscribing!
Wow! It looks great. What a difference in cost.
Thank you! BIG savings!
That’s awesome, I’ll never pay again
As you shouldn't! Thanks for watching!
Great job
Thank you!
Nice
That looks Awesome! Did you just take the Grill and Griddle off the leg supports to place it directly on your outdoor kitchen build? I’ve seen Videos where the pros don’t suggest this. Also how’s the cement board holding up from the heat?
Yes, I just took the legs off of the Blackstone and the smoker, I’ve seen videos that you’ve mentioned where certain companies don’t suggest this but I think if you give something like the Blackstone enough space on each side advance I’ve had no issues with the cement board at all the companies that also suggested our charging thousands of dollars for something like this as well. Thanks for watching!
Did you have plans you worked from you can share or just built it on the fly? Either way great job!
I built it on the fly. I measured it out into 4 sections and joined them together, no official plans unfortunately. I appreciate the feedback and thanks for watching!
I sub, because your honest 👍
Thanks for the sub!
Nice work on it. All you missing is a pizza oven
That’s coming next you read my mind!! Thanks for watching!!
What black paint do u used. I l8ve it. Thanks for the great video ❤
Behr Urethane Alkyd and just asked for Black 👍🏼
Where did you find the cabinet doors and trash slide out? Looks awesome! Look forward to your future videos!
Love it, but what about the black stone? Will it be ok sunken down around wood? Mine gets hella hot on the sides
The heat from the Blackstone does vent on the sides, but I left enough space on each side and I did the interior surround with cement board so it just deflect the heat out. No issues so far, thanks for watching!
I love it!! What else are you going to make me? 😅
You name it 😁
do you have the measurements of the frame available ? i have been designing something so similar to what you built i was so excited to see someone with it so that i may visualize it.
Thanks so much for watching! I built in sections. The typical countertop depth is 24-25 inches, I made the frame 23 inches so I can have on over hang of half inch front and back. For the length I measured out sections. From right to left up until the end of the Blackstone is one section, the second section is the other half. You can make this to fit your needs. Countertop space is preference, and the length for the smoker is 42 inches. You got this!
@@mycraftathome1 thank you so much
What pvc trim is that boss
It’s an “outside corner” you’ll find it in the trim/ moulding section at you local big box store

@@patpagetthank you and thanks for watching!
Nice!!! I did the same thing back in 2020, and found out that for the size I built, the cost to get it done was in double digit thousands. This was my first outdoor kitchen build, and I learned alot. Check out what it looks like:
