Being in Kiambu near Nairobi, I would ask myself what that land can bring back in income between coffee and real estate... and if real estate can earn me more I'll do away with the coffee and build. Later use the income and buy land from other areas in Kenya that coffee can be grown...
I am also a coffee farmer in Kenya and seen the exploitation of the coffee farmer in Kenya.
