There's a lot of people who complaints too much about the bass drum. But if this exactly how it can sound, i'll buy them no matter what. Really, they sound very bonham-ish. Love the sound!

i saw the drummer for the Pixies using one of these in a small club and they sounded PERFECT. i wanted one but couldn't find them online. i'm now using a kid's Ludwig JR kit for $200 used! MOST drummers should spend more time drumming and less time setting kits up!
all these kits are QUITE loud still. (Impressively loud.) i got myself a Ludwig Jr kit, and then tweaked it to be as QUIET a kit as possible, and I play with Rods and I can tear it up and 3% the volume of other drummers! Sooo much fun! I
sub ZEЯO Yes it is durable. I own one from 2009 and I've no problem switching from standard drum kit to Traps A400. Sometimes I have to tightεν the 14" floor tom because it loosens but there is no problem at all as you it only loosens after a great period of time and only if you keep hitting it very hard
The snare and toms arent bad if you put on the right heads (thats what i did with mine and it sounds sooo much better) But just add muffling to the kick and youre good
Why the hole in the bass head? There is no need for air to escape like with a regular bass drum, and you are cutting down on the ability to move air... ...
Sehe ich genauso. Im Werbevideo war der Sound deutlich besser. Deshalb (auch wegen Rücken und weil ich es satt war, immer so schwer zu schleppen) hatte ich mich dafür interessiert. Aber im Werbevideo wird wohl richtig am Ton nachgebessert worden sein. Wenn ich mir das Video anschaue... man kann halt die physische Grenze nicht einfach so überwinden und ohne die Trommeln abzunehmen, wird wohl nix großes rauskommen. Muß ich halt weiters die schweren Trommeln schleppen :-)

They sound like cans..all my acoustic kits sing..these sound like cans. But hey, if that's the sound you like..go for it. They won't be around long.

Yes! 14“ HH, 16“ Crash and 22“ Ride (If I remember it right/ long ago). It was a brand called „Trexist“. Don’t know if they still exist…

I like to use some damping inside the kick...to try out different dampings, it´s easier to change materials inside the kick.

Great playing, the kick sounds terrible the rest of it is pretty decent.
that bass drum sounds plastic and super thin. cool concept, but doesn't seem up for live performances. the toms are tuned too close together too.
